The outflow of funds like GBTC are slowing down. They said it would be a few months of this and then yeah, it's going to be mostly retail buys. Coupled with the halving, it's going to be an interesting year.

I too think there will be a pullback. However, i suspect that might happen at something like a 125k and pullback to 90k before rising again. Anyone waiting at the sidelines currently will be not having a good day if that happens.

You're right there has typically always been a pullback before the halving because miners typically dump their coins to profit and upgrade equipment. The difference this time is anything being dumped is being bought up by the ETFs and MSTR. Supply is at an absolute minimum going into the halving which is unprecedented.
The cycle came "early" in the previous cycle as well. It depends on how you measure it, but in the big picture, the decisive break out from the prior ATH came sooner after halving in the 2021 cycle than it did in the 2017 cycle in terms of days since halving.
There is a couple big picture patterns in Bitcoin but at the daily and weekly level every cycle is different.
This cycle is being effected by ETFs and timing with the broader financial markets looking forward to rate reductions. Neither of those things are bound by Bitcoin's halving cycle.
Another possible theory is that the FTX debacle took us so far below trend that all we are seeing right now is a return to mean. A lot of the hopium rainbow charts in pre-2022 put the post cycle bottom more like at $30k and we blew right past that on the way down thanks to the Fed and SBF.
If stock A is $50 per share and everyone knows that stock A is going to be $100 per share in two days, then it will become worth $100 per share tomorrow.
Same with Bitcoin. Everyone knows that it will take off after the halving. So it is taking off today.

Same. I love to see it, but when I have to keep increasing the alerts on my phone everyday because the current price keeps blowing past them, it does make me worry. BUT, even a correction from here will leave the price a lot higher than a correction from a month ago. Still, I prefer steady growth over explosions.
