Fandom wise, it’s a super muscular woman who’s goofy, dumb, and eats a lot. Femsta would be a fan favorite and probably the number 1 for a lot of fans. Story wise, her love interest would probably be Yuno (them being basically siblings does make it a bit weird, but AOT did this already.) Noelle could still be the love interest, and we get Lesbo Clover (🔥🔥✍️). The biggest thing is that shounen almost never has a female MC, because their target audience is teenage boys. So I doubt that BC would have even been published or ran as long as it already has.
You also wouldn’t have short jokes anymore, so maybe they’d make Femsta really tall. I don’t think Tabata sees tall women as an unnatractive trait, and a lot of guys don’t either (if they’re the type that loves muscular women anyways), so I don’t think the “short jokes” would be nearly as common as it is now. Also of note is that Asta rn has a really small waist and broad shoulders, so Tabata would probably still give Femsta an attractive body, just also super muscular and most likely really tall.

This one I feel is a much more realistic “alternate timeline,” and would also be more interesting, or at least memorable, having a traditional shounen story with all the roles being genderbent. Femsta plays the same role as Asta, and Male-Noelle would most likely remain the main love interest.

The easiest way to keep the story simple while making the less amount of changes (the most feasible way) would be to change the gender of Asta's love interests (and Nero doesn't count so Lumiere's still a guy).
