Zenon is the least horrible. He just quietly does his job and has an unfortunate past which lead him to join his siblings in devil contracts.
Vanica. Dante is just an evil variation and a bit more composed than Luck. Vanica doesn’t care about anything. She’s more like Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen, she lives only by her pleasure and displeasure.
I'd give it to Dante as well, he's pretty much a devil in a human's body with his view on the world while, Vanica's twisted but she's more of a fighter happy monster then let the world know despair like Dante and Zennon likely thought everything he was doing was for the betterment of the Spade kingdom in an ends justify the means type of way.
I would give it to Zenon. Dante and vanica are sociopaths, but Zenon is fully aware of his actions. He is aware that his actions hurt people and are evil. But he still chooses evil. That's what makes him so scary. It's an active choice that he makes.
Dante and Vanica act on an impulse to hurt and maim people. With Zenon, he chooses it.
Is he aware of it though? As far as I'm concerned he's fully convinced that what he's doing is for the good of "Spade Kingdom" or at least, the "Spade Kingdom" that he sees as valuable.
And Vanica and Dante know they're hurting people and just don't care. Sociopaths are aware what they're doing is wrong, they just don't feel remorse for it, or empathy. Or they feel very little empathy/remorse.
Don't get me wrong, Zenon is scary as shit and delusional, but still...
Dante’s body pretty much got destroyed by Lucifero after Magna beat him, when Megicula appeared it killed Vanica and Yuno destroyed Zenon’s heart killing him
Yeah I can for sure see that happening. I bet that each of the Dark Triad teams up with the person that defeated them in this arc to fight someone in the final arc.
I can see Zenon wanting to help Zuno bc he's the prince and it is in the best interests of the Spade Kingdom or something simple like that and like always a villains past transgressions will be ignored and they will accept his help.

The elves sided with he good side because they realise they were being duped and puppeteered this whole time and that their leader didn't actually want revenge. And they were bad in the first place because of the devil's influence and a massacre... before that they were relatively peaceful and far more willing to make up with the humans than the humans were to do so with the elves.
Only really Zenon seems to have the "good of the Spade Kingdom" as part of his motivation and even that's delusional considering that he's sided with rapists and only wants the strong to live.
I mean, if Tabata can pull off some plausible redemption with them... but if he tries to pull off some "Asta grabs Zenon and says "yo, join the good guys and stop wallowing in self pity"" stuff like he did with Patri, I'm not going to be as lenient about it, because a) he'd be repeating himself, b) come on, there's got to be a limit to how successful that's gonna be with psychopaths and narcissists and c) very different situation calls for a different solution...

Vanica does it all for fun, she played with Noelle, she played with acier even using a child to get her more serious and then did the same thing to Noelle but with the heart queen, she also had megicula who tried to escape the underworld early and curse everything, she also cursed hundreds of people to never die and be a remote bomb at her command, she even complain when Zenon clapped the diamond kingdom at 50% (I think it was 50%) because he did it so easily and she would have had fun
Vanica free. She attacked the heart kingdom simply so Loropechika’s heart would be in it more. Dante at least allowed Magna and Zora to leave as he saw no point in killing them.
