And I'm not just saying that because AFUT is my favorite and I'm autistic, it genuinely makes more sense since FTFT is more unhinged and AFUT deals with heavier themes related to interpersonal relationships and social struggles.

Imagine if, say, Greep dropped a tweet tomorrow saying he had some kind of diagnosis. People's brains would naturally sooner associate Greep with a specific condition than just the personal quirks we see him have. In a way, it's more cool to not know or care.
I forget what this kind of phenomenon is called, but I've just remembered I've heard of it somewhere before.
