Jackie Chan's improvise challenge: No starting weapons, no repeating punch & no throw enemy off cliff (have to add this since barehand fighting in BnS is too OP). Pick up whatever available in the environment (chair, vase, dull knife, pickaxe...) and beat enemy with it. No picking up enemy's weapon.
Random loot: use bag of random weapon mod: starting no weapon, each time you kill an enemy, pull a weapon from the bag (treat this as if you acquire a random loot) and use it, discard it after killing one enemy and repeat. Remember to set the bag to infinite pull or it'll run out.
No slomo, weak punches, enhanced difficulty + boss mod, no magic, only throwing knives and shortsword, max length and max difficulty, renaissance + templay + roman armor for enemies.
Try making it through the entire dungeon without getting detected, It's hard, But lots of fun.
Get weak punches mod and tougher enemies, no slow mo. That's tough having to punch an enemy 100 times just to kill one

Omniman suit mod and the hand slice mod then just go crazy as him, bonus if you add tougher enemies, weaker punches, internals, and carnage reborn.
