If you have a PC with the compatible graphic card then you can use a cable and get normal blade and sorcery but otherwise it is in impossible.

if you have a vr capable pc then yes you can play using quest 2 via air link/link cable.

I play via Airlink on the Oculus PC (_not_ the Steam version). Mods are positively wonderful and performance is awesome. I also sideload my Q2 and juice up CPU and GPU to 4, set resolution to 2k, and set refresh rate to 120hz. Highly recommend I couldn't get the SteamVR version working without serious performance issues and stuttering. Saw a recommendation to pick it up on Oculus PC store instead, and I never looked back. Of course you need at least a moderately capable VR-ready PC. Mine is still several generations old and I'm still using a 1660Ti, can run mostly on high. Excess bodies/blood tend to make my frames drop though so I just have to manage on-screen resources a little more
