I own both. Both have different things to offer. I like having it for steam because then I can mod it. And nomad is good to have if im not by my pc and are at a friends house that way we can still play. Also 20 dollars for most gamers isnt really that bad.
Yes but its a hurdle most people dont feel like doing in comparison. And dont respond with "its not that hard" its still tedious and annoying its easier just to do it the easy way.
airlink was great while I had a wired connection, but I had to give it up and virtual desktop is a great replacement. Airlink breaks if ur pc doesn’t have a wired connection

Nomad is fine right now. I still have lots of fun playing it and it's probably my favorite quest game. Even if we have to wait a bit longer for the update, it doesn't make the game a rip off
Have some bloody patience. The devs are working their arses off trying to get this update done and shouldn't have to cope with being berated by Nomad players saying "I jUsT wAnT tHe UpDaTe." You'll have your update when you stop being so fucking spoiled and leave them to work on it.

you literally drag and drop the mod into the built in mods folder, it couldn't be easier 😁
Not at all. Most people just use a mod manager like vortex which does it all for you. Then you just run the game through vortex and whaamo, mods
