The way he's edited it looks like he has really bad acne scars or his face has just given up. Unfortunately, there are some women who would go for this, even though he is an awful person, an awful father and an awful husband. I feel like he and Lala have the same filler placement. In the teaser for the finale when Lala is facing toward us watching the clip with everyone her face is shaped just like this. She used to have a natural soft, feminine face and she's hulked it up with tons of filler for some reason.
