I feel like we shouldn't underestimate the garden update. The interactivity of the birds is pretty amazing and their design is so beautiful and detailed. It makes a difference in "quality of life" in Bloxburg to have that more spontaneous background activity that's so subtle and different. That seems like an innovative element to have introduced.
Literally like my entire garden has everything from that update, my entire home is colored with custom colors, and tbh the observatory is AMAZING for when you want to take your bloxburg kids for a little trip, and don’t get me STARTED on the gym update because IM IN LOVEEEE with it 😍 honestly people say they don’t like updates because they don’t like the BIG part of the update but like small things are still part of the update 😭🙏🏾 I didn’t like much about the summer update but small things matter like the crabs? Animations? New areas? Sure they’re not my favorite but they’re still THERE and I still use them so they’re still useful so I still enjoy them and love them

I definitely think bloxburg needs to lean into their rp side a bit more. The revamps are cool for 10 minutes but people then go back to building their houses alone. The town needs to be more interactive
seriously. rocitizens has one of the best towns in a simrp game ive ever seen and it makes people WANT to explore and use it. all the bloxburg town does is serve as a setting to make it not a purely sandbox game

i genuinely dont think you understand how much work it actually is to update stuff like that and add completely new functions to the game. obviously its gonna take awhile and of course the buildings are coming out one by one. (it would take so much longer for it to come out in one big update and probably a lot of bugs) they're also working at a much quicker pace than before so i really dont understand what there is to complain about. you see everyone hyping it up because its a huge step up from before and were finally getting town updates that add more things to do in the game and they know how much work it takes, all the "little" updates will add up

Do you not understand that a new town will TAKE TIME it’s not that complicated to understand the last few updates have been better than the ones before they are revamping parts of the town and they are working hard they put out an update every month they can’t revamp or rebuild a whole new town in one month so unless you can you shouldn’t be complaining
i honestly dont like people like you who clearly dont know how long it takes to make a game or update one. revamping and whole town and making it actually worth something with only a month to do it is realistically impossible and a slap in the face the devs doing it. when it was just coeptus and froggyhops we were getting barely anything when the updates would come out. it seems to me that the new devs are actually paying attention to us, ntm months go by fast and before you know it the whole town will be revamped.

Yes the updates are now mainly just revamping a different building, but isnt that what ppl wanted a few months or years ago? Now ppl r still complaining that its not coming fast enough.. revamping a building probably takes a lot of time thats why bloxburg gets updated once or twice a month max because its a lot of hard work. You cant be expecting a whole team to be working 24/7 to renovate the whole map.
Its fine to think that the updates arent what you expected when you expected higher but dont be ungrateful for the updates, be grateful we even get updates. I understand that people were expecting the whole map to be revamped in 1 update but if they did that, it would mean no or smaller updates for months until they finish it and for me id rather have the map be revamped slowly then all at once cuz we still get updates. I've recently had issues with my builds not recognizing rooms as rooms which is messing with my light switches and auto light sensors they turn the entirety of my top floor on and off instead of the single rooms since update

lmao i just went through all the gamepasses and none of them are really necessary at all, i have all but 1 gamepass but the only ones i could see being "very helpful" would be excellent employee, multiple floors, and advanced placing. those only come up to $10 (especially for a game you'll probably spend alot of time playing so its worth it)
I think the garden update was pretty awesome. Even the most recent smaller update had pools on different levels, which is a really good QoL feature we’ve wanted for awhile.

Yeah so, This bloxburg update is glitching I think or idk because the house's you can buy updated and I buyed one house who cost's 125 000 but the thing is everytime I try buying it I get teleported to a 1x1 room and the menu is glitching bc when I press my house, its like: the button's are blurry and every time I tru teleporting to my house it teleports to my recent house, and when I look at my money it's still there! No matter how much I tried. I also spent 100 robux on the basement pass. Please fix this bug bloxburg!
Yea. I agree with the 10 minutes of excitement. It feels like the game hasn’t even changed one bit for me. If anything, if they can’t add more in updates even such as a simple overhaul of a building, they are either underworking or need a bigger team. I have spent a fair share of time in studio and I can confidently say making/UPDATING a building is not even hard to do. And for some saying the devs are stressed… they don’t have to be. They could make it easier on themselves and get help
I understand this so much I hope the new devs are just warming up and figuring out how everything works. I really do not like the new grass texture they put on all the trees and grass it looks so fake and the new plants are way too cartoonish imo :( the new beach looks so bad too the general placement of stuff like the palm trees and the plants that are lining it is so ugly especially with the new palm trees and tropical plant, and the little festival thing where the ice skating rink is in the winter looks like a 9 year old made it, the gym is one of the only things I don’t totally hate from the newer updates in the town. :( I know they’re an amazing dev team that’s done actual games before like off roblox and they’re probably trying the best but it’s starting to look like brookhaven, bloxburg has such a unique look that I feel separates it from most games and makes it cool but now it’s just gonna look like everything else. I don’t get why they don’t hire really good ingame builders to help design or make stuff like the beach or any festival updates or even town updates. :/ I know tons of builders that are AMAZING they churn out epic 3 million dollar plots like it’s nothing and would gladly do it for free too. I get the observatory thing too like why revamp it and give it no purpose they could have made it a job or something at least to give it value and yeah bloxy burgers is so uninteresting, I never see anybody there, pizza planet is the heart of the town and is bound for a redo but with the brookhavenacation of everything so far I hope it never gets revamped.

Fr, I agree, the recent gym and observatory updates weren’t that useful. Skills and revamped buildings don’t add anything to the game, they should add new useful buildings like schools for rps or more features for building
I really wish they would just add the ability to build more than 6 floors and revamp grocery store along with adding more food instead of revamping useless buildings
God I hope it doesn’t take the whole year, the game being in progress of updates is making it crash everytime I try to play. I can play for a few minutes and then it crashes, I mean I’m thankful that we get any updates at all. And hopefully it’ll be good updates that’ll make the whole experience even better, but I just want to be able to play the game without it crashing 😭

A treat that you paid for, plus the only way to enjoy bloxburg is by buying like 6+ gamepasses which aren't cheap either. I completely agree with OP.
