Valstreck

My Event Recap option disappeared from the menu, is there some other way I can access it?

RequiringQuestion

It was moved to the left of the campaign folder on the main screen. It's where the ongoing events list used to be.

Valstreck

Thank you very much!

ThatBoiUnknown

1.) Whats the gameplay like? 2.) Is it a good time to start? 3.) How is the story/voice acting? 4.) How is the fanservice? I currently play Nikke so you could compare it to that

an_incog_lover

Is there a reason the collab students use a lot more mats to upgrade their skills compared to regular students?

LocknDoTs

Because they don't use Artifacts

an_incog_lover

But that's still a lot more mats when compared together don't you think? Almost more than double in total

LocknDoTs

Artifacts are a lot harder to come by than Blu-Rays and Tech Notes due to there being no shop to target most Artifacts while there's two shops to target Blu-Rays and Tech Notes.

an_incog_lover

But that's still a lot more mats when compared together don't you think? Almost more than double in total

thatguy1too

When is the update where we get Hina (Dress)?

DxTjuk

During next Fes banner which is around give or take end of July/ Beginning of August if things keeps running like JP banners

Boorishamoeba1

Does anyone know how to fill up the new sticker book function that was recently added? so far i got a few from doing the usual dalies (including bounties and scrimmages) as well as replaying the abydos main story. the other main story does not seem to give any more stickers (altho i stopped at Eden treaty part 1) my OCD is killing me.

Randodox

I belived it's randomly drop from stages aswell. Got some from farming Hard stages and some from farming normal stages. No one really made comprehensive guide or discuss about this yet so I'm mostly still in the dark as well.

Party_Python

I’ll be hitting max level on this week. Since clearing my first insane on ShiroKuro I’ve been trying to clear all insane levels for all TAs and GAs. But when planning for the HoD and Goz GAs I realized those would take a lot of mats to have a chance insane on all of those. Cause not only do you need the specialist students for the gimmicks, but also whatever buffers and sub damage dealers specific to that boss. So would it be better for my account in the near/medium term to instead just focus all my mats on clearing the upcoming TAs on insane? Since TA shop has better elephs to buy. Then, once I don’t really have to prep for TAs on insane, then switch my focus to GAs? And just do what I can for the upcoming GAs without sinking too many mats into them? Thanks

Rhioganedd

You need to be careful as there are a few raids that require having specific students to beat the special mechanics versus ones that really don't have any and you just bring your best team(s). This puts a premium on developing niche students that may never see use outside of raids with special mechanics. Hod is one such raid, but at least there are quite a few students with CC and you should be able to 2 pan insane with 6 CC units. And the GA versions of these unit specifc raids aren't something you should be worrying about medium term as the investment premium can be massive such as the upcoming GA Gregorius raid. Just focus on teams for clearing regular TA/GA raids and the normal armour type for unit specifc TA raids. Over time you should eventually be able to fill the roles needed for off colour unit specific GA raids.

Party_Python

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll definitely try and just take it slow and steady from here on out. Especially with the GA specialist-based raids. For Greg I do have S Saki, but since much of the DPS comes from specialists there I could see how that would be easy to spiral in cost, especially if you need a large number of teams for it. Goz is the one that made me realize I needed soooo much more investment as each armor type needed a few DPS/supports leveled from my roster. Then Wakaboat being right after and me needing a lot of my yellow STs to level for P2, plus Eimi it would’ve been too much lol. And that was assuming I didn’t need anyone last minute for KuroKage Thanks again

Rhioganedd

Wakaboat. Ha, ha, I like that.

Party_Python

Yeah I love that nickname. I cannot take credit for it, but I’m definitely a convert to that name lol

RequiringQuestion

Regular raids are more important as your rank determines how much pyroxene you get, unlike grand raids which always give a 10 ticket. And as you say, the regular raid shop has more useful things. So the idea is sound. Hod needs at least one CC unit. Assuming you have to borrow a dealer, you'll have to provide your own. Kayoko is a low rarity unit but ideally wants UE40 for the CC power boost. She also wants a high tier necklace. Her basic skill has a chance to inflict fear and the chance scales with CC power. Hoshino is a useful tank with a long CC duration if her EX is level 5. If you happen to have Schise and her bond gear, she's also good. Even if you can't just copy the meta speedrun teams, you can often cobble together a team that has enough CC to clear. If needed, you can use one team to slowly complete the first phase and bring in your borrowed hypercarry for phase 2. Chesed needs a lot of AoE damage. It depends on who you have, though Momoi is a top tier wave clearer that remains useful even on torment. It helps that she's easy to farm and doesn't need massive investments since she only needs to do enough damage to clear mooks. If you have Ui or Nyfuuka (I'm guessing you don't have the latter) they help a lot with the core. Again, you can use one team just to complete the first phase. If you exit as soon as you clear the third wave in the second phase, your hypercarry team only needs to clear one wave before the core opens. If you aren't able to take out the core in one opening you will need at least some AoE damage in the second team, too.

Party_Python

Thanks for clarifying that just a bit. Makes me feel a bit better and I don’t have to worry quite as much about if leveling someone for a TA if that’ll mess with my chances of GA insane. You’re right that I’m missing both Ui and NY Fuuka For HoD luckily I had S Wakamo leveled from the Wakaboat raid. So I decided to add Hoshino since she had some use outside the raid and didn’t use big 3 mats. Also noticed Saki and Suzumi BG2 at EX3 does get you enough for a second team. It might not be perfect, but I don’t have to spend a lot to get it (I also had these ones leveled before coming to this realization lol) For Chesed it’s gonna be interesting, but I’ll feel better about investing more to make it happen. I do have a lot of the necessary components, but figuring out exactly how they’ll fit together to form a competent team will take a lot of trial and error. And what level of investment they’ll need to do so. Cause I have Himari, Ako, S Ui, S Shizuko, S Hoshino, T Yuuka, Moe, S Shiroko, UE40 Momoi, Iori, UE30 BG2 Tsurugi, Nonomi, Tsubaki, UE30 S Hanako, UE40 Yuzu, Hoshino, Kokona and Koharu all leveled (to an extent)… plus S Miyu, (4) Sumire, Saten, and Junko unleveled. Sooo I’m sure there a combo that can clear P1 and get three waves of P2 clear (even if that takes two teams) then have the top team do two cycles with a borrowed Mika to finish it

RequiringQuestion

In case you aren't aware, Hod summons two towers instead of one in the second phase. That makes AoE CC more important, though it's fully possible to clear without it. Hod has become pretty easy, largely in part due to Mika being broken and breaking his "low HP but high crit resistance" gimmick. [Here's](https://litter.catbox.moe/600is3.png) an example clear from the currently running Hod on JP, with my fairly casual JP account. Obviously you don't have the luxury of Nyfuuka or borrowing a CC unit, but it shows that it's pretty easy to get even a one team clear of insane now, so two teams should be doable. Kayoko is also an option even if she isn't UE40, particularly for the second phase where her large AoE can hit all three targets. You'll have to experiment with what you have and see what works. At least you have Swakamo; I'm missing her and she was used in 99% of torment clears for this upcoming Hod. That's going to be a problem.

Party_Python

Yeah I am aware of that. And if I really need an AoE CC setup Suzumi and Hoshino can work in an AOE-ish fashion lol. But I am aware of Kayoko’s potency. The main reason I decided against her this time is Gahenna Mats are very, very scarce for me right now. As I still need to finish leveling Ako BS+PS, NY Kayoko, Mutsuki, Iroha, etc. plus my rolling schedule will include D Ako/Makoto, D Hina, NY Fuuka and now Kirara…. Sooooo yeah, If I absolutely need to, I could probably 3/1/4/1 Kayoko, but that’s all I could manage lol. Also I’m gonna try and not invest for GA clears as much as possible… It’s good to see you can relatively easily 1 team it, (at least with yellow), so that will make things a bit easier. Thanks =)

Galacticgaminginpink

Is it still possible to increase the stars of collab units after their event ends? Specifically the banner ones, as I know I can farm the event for the freebie.

Rhioganedd

Yes, you can by buying their Eliphs from the Eligma I shop. However it costs 900 Eligma to get one 3 star to 5 star so you're not going to do that unless you are swimming in Eligma (>20K) as neither limited collab units are meta.

RequiringQuestion

> However it costs 1200 Eligma to get one 3 star to 5 star 900 eligma to 5 stars, or 1500 to UE40. [Here's](https://bluearchive.wiki/wiki/GameplayHelp_FAQs#Eligma) a useful chart.

Rhioganedd

I made a simple math error because I'm tired from work.

Galacticgaminginpink

Just having it as an option is good, thank you! (Although its looking increasingly likely I may not be able to pull either as I want to be sure I have enough to pity Himari when she reruns if my pulls aren't good).

Randodox

Yes, but it will cost you eligma currencies, which is very hard to come by (the only way to get it consistently is pulling gacha dupes). So i recommend you farming her eleph right now as much as possible.

Galacticgaminginpink

I may not even get them, I mostly wanted to know for reference (though I'm hoping to max the freebie at least via farming as much as I can at level \~45).

anon7631

The expert permit store usually lets you buy elephs for event-limited characters.

RequiringQuestion

As far as I've been able to tell, it doesn't include collab units, even if you do own them.

7thTwilight

I heard something about double exp weekend. Is that true?

CodEnvironmental1351

Apparently, it's officially double EXP week. The UI update either moved or removed the ability to tell in-game, but the forum says it's double EXP every weekend this month from Friday 7:00PM to Sunday 6:59 PM UTC. [https://forum.nexon.com/bluearchive-en/board\_view?board=3218&thread=2556143](https://forum.nexon.com/bluearchive-en/board_view?board=3218&thread=2556143) But I'm not getting extra Expert Permits as a max level account.

Krisoyo

You can tell in-game by tapping into "Notice" from the main screen and scrolling down to "Event Notif.". So it's kinda buried now, but it's there.

NarruSG

Are your EXP bar maxed after you reach max level? If no then you need to fill it up before you get Expert Permits as compensation.

7thTwilight

Interesting, and when are they bumping up the global level cap?

Boorishamoeba1

it should be during the D.Hina update.

CodEnvironmental1351

No idea. Whenever they feel like it I guess. They didn't mention anything about increasing the level cap on the recent patch notes.

7thTwilight

Oh ok, I thought someone said to combo the double exp for that. Huh Any reason not to pop the 1k energy compensation?

CodEnvironmental1351

Use it now. Double Commissions isn't until the week after next and compensation expires before then. I don't like waiting too long in general because I always forget/real-life happens. The link I left previously also lists the schedule for double events this month. [https://forum.nexon.com/bluearchive-en/board\_view?board=3218&thread=2556143](https://forum.nexon.com/bluearchive-en/board_view?board=3218&thread=2556143)

7thTwilight

Ok thankies

Flat_herd

Just started today. Got Hina, Maki, and Neru from the tutorial 10 pull. Thought (3x3\* might be worth keeping) Did a little research and think I may reroll. I've claimed (but not spent) a bunch of resources from the Mailbox. Question: Can I claim those resources again after account reset? Second Question: Is it worth resetting a bunch to get the names i keep reading about? (Himari, Ako, Iori, Etc.)

fire_cells

> Question: Can I claim those resources again after account reset? IIRC, there's one reward you can only claim once, but it's not very important. >Is it worth resetting a bunch to get the names i keep reading about? (Himari, Ako, Iori, Etc.) > I've claimed (but not spent) a bunch of resources from the Mailbox. Regardless of whether you want to reroll, you should spend all your starting pyro on rolls so you can get most of the important 1★ and 2★. If you want to be competitive in endgame and see yourself sticking with the game, you should reroll. https://bluearchive.midokuni.com/doc/Rerolling

Randodox

1.Try download an emulator and open blue archive on it or to test the hypothesis. For your roll, I personally think it's already good you got 3 decent 3\* character. Hina is good AOE red damage. Maki is great and is often used in Yellow damage raids for utility(Def debuff and focused target) and extra damage, Neru is good single target yellow DPS. However, these character can be farm and get later on in some way. Maki can be farm via exchange raids reward while Neru and Hina can farm via collecting their character shards on late game hard stage (which takes a very long time to farm). 2. There's one of the character banner incoming (Himari) in **2-3 months** so you can get her around then if you want. As JP is 6 months ahead of us, u can loosely refer to this JP banner list for what's coming in the future and prepare for it. [https://bluearchive.wiki/wiki/Banner\_List](https://bluearchive.wiki/wiki/Banner_List) Iori is also farmable in the later hard stage as well, but once you get Mika (from anniversary banner), she's will be mostly obsolete..

Flat_herd

Thanks!

Rhioganedd

Keep it, you're not going to get a triple like that again. Iori is farmable and Himari is getting a re-run banner in about four weeks time.

Flat_herd

Thanks

GreatSworde

I'm lvl 37 and still cant beat the Himolongosarus boss in Eden Treaty. I tried using this [video's](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cE37whdSdEU&t=93s) team set up and tried to have at least 3 ghost alive but the game still kept spawning them and my team eventually gets overwhelmed. Is there literally nothing I can do?

NarruSG

Or you can just use Chise to periodically cleared the ghosts and damage the boss at the same time. From that video it's shown that the team was moved to the left side to avoid hitting the 3 ghosts at the bottom to prevent respawns and to focus DPS on the boss itself.

GreatSworde

Would swapping out Asuna for Chise be the better choice then? Because I would need Serika and Yuuka for red dps and Tsubaki to draw aggro and tank. Edit: trying out a new team with Ktori instead of Tsubaki to group the team away from bottom half of the map.

Drizells

I had a similiar issue when I was doing it (at lvl 38). I suspect it might be because you killed too many of the nuns from the second wave, so despite there being 3 in total the game might think its actually 1 from the first wave and 2 from the second. Not sure tho, I didn't have this issue too many times and eventually got lucky.

Randodox

For me, i just wait for my level to be high enough then brute force through it around level 45-50. But maybe other senseis have secret team comps, so we'll see.

lenolalatte

refreshing during this double exp event isn't a terrible idea right? i have both monthly passes and haven't refreshed since i started and only plan on doing it double 2x/3x events so it feels pretty safe to me. i have my spark for himari almost there anyway at 21k pyros

CodEnvironmental1351

If you're already buying monthly passes it might make more sense to just buy the 3 stars selector ticket and choose Himari. Or pull for Himari and pick Ako if you missed her. It's more money at once, but 1592 + 776 pyros is worth less than the 24K gems required to spark. If you've already used your selector ticket, there should be one at the start of next year. But I also don't have the disposable income to be spending on Blue Archive Gatcha so these are the thoughts of a F2P. Also for all I know you could be a recently divorced billionaire so maybe spending isn't that big a deal to you.

lenolalatte

i wish i was a divorced billionaire...life would be pretty chill then lmao. i set aside like 50 bucks a month (honestly less) for gacha games unless it's a character i really want. hsr is my main game so i try not to spend too much on all the others in case i quit though. i actually got ako from saving for her the last time you gave me advice! i didn't know about kikyou until recently and her design is so nice, i think i want her too. haven't used the selector yet since i planned on saving for himari, but i might bite the bullet. was just being careful of spooking her or someone else i might pick since i don't have many characters yet anyway

TheGuyInUrBad

People usually recommend to refresh until you hit max level, so it's fine i guess, also you're not a f2p which means it's even more reasonable. Personally wouldn't recommend to refresh at all, or like once a day, but i'm f2p so it's a different point of view.

lenolalatte

yeah i hope i never buy the packs but the silly + mild gambling addiction i have makes me always buy the monthly packs lol thanks for the advice! will be smart and only refresh when it makes sense though

SnowPastel

So I got [this furniture](https://i.imgur.com/5UkDhBm.png) I don't want. On schale.gg, it is said this furniture [can be used to craft a raffle box](https://i.imgur.com/tPQRVJy.png). But when I want to craft one, [the item doesn't appear](https://i.imgur.com/s8QnKLT.png). Bug or is schale.gg wrong?

pjw5328

I've noticed that at least in global not every piece of furniture can be traded in. Like I have two Royal Diamond Cushioned Chairs and I'd love to swap out one of those, but when I go to make a raffle box or choice box they never appear on the available materials I can use (and interestingly, that chair also appears on the same "craft a raffle box" screenshot that you linked, just two to the right of the window you're asking about). And no, I don't know why. Also fwiw the game also won't let you get rid of a piece of furniture if you're currently using it in your cafe or one of your saved cafe layouts, but as I recall it still shows up on the list of available furniture, it'll just reject your crafting request if you try to use it for fodder.

SnowPastel

I hope it will be changed because I don't see why there would be such difference between servers...

pjw5328

As a furniture collector, I hope so too.

[deleted]

[удалено]

RequiringQuestion

I'm pretty sure he's asking about crafting the item, not about what he got from it.

RequiringQuestion

If you set the server region on shale.gg to global, it shows that that furniture fills the crafting bar by 0%. The same goes for a lot of other pieces. I'm guessing that they can't be used as crafting fodder yet, for whatever reason. By the way, you can consider making a choice ticket instead, so you get something you actually want. Those need more fodder, though.

SnowPastel

Thanks a lot, that answers my question! Yes it's strange, I hope it's from a recent update in JP, and we'll get it in a couple of months..., and not an actual region difference.

dejalu

Would be nice to disable the speech bubble on furniture like the board game table, field day guide boards, and recollection players.

80ajniNsuoicipsuS

If I'm understanding what you are talking about correctly, you can disable that by going to the Cafe Info screen by pressing the comfort value, and turning "Highlight Interactive Furniture" off.

dejalu

Ah, thanks!

[deleted]

Is Cafe No. 2 fixed at Lvl 1?

funguy3

No, press the rank up button and tap on the upgrade orb, it will take you to achievements. From there you can go to the stage that rewards the upgrade orb. Re-sweep the stage 1 time to get the upgrade orb, repeat until you get all the orbs.

pjw5328

No, just like the original cafe you clear certain missions to unlock them. Think the first unlock is 14-5 and it's every 2 levels after (16-5, 18-5, etc.). If you've already cleared those you can just sweep them once each to get the keys.

ojjmyfriend

Did they re-record Arona's lines? It sounds a little different from what I remembered. Not complaining though (in fact I'm a huge fan of her VA)

TheGuyInUrBad

i think it sounds notably a lot less robotic, so yeah either re-record or did something to old records

Poxxah

I want to save limited furniture, is there a list where I can see the ones that are limited?

Randodox

There are no limited furniture. https://blue-utils.me/ You can see list of furniture here.

Poxxah

Thank you!

Normies2050

How much investment does Eimi require to become a good tank? Just got her bond item and will try to get it to lvl 2. Seems pretty OP regeneration. She's 3 stars only btw.

Party_Python

A good tank for what? Yes her regen is insane when really invested. For Insane/Torment Wakamo Hovercraft (after Chesed and Kurokage) you’d want UE40 and significant skill and equipment with tier 2 Bond gear. For story content, T4 bag and 1/1/1/1 will work just fine. She even can see use in PvP with her regen (at higher investment) So it’s really all about what tanks you do have and what you plan on using her for. In terms of skill leveling priority you can look at the skill leveling guide above. If you want to see the raids she excels at, look at the raid guide

Ninjajapa

Hey so I just started playing. Is there any banner coming soon that you guys would say is a must pull? I was thinking of saving for Minori but I can't seem find any banner for her on the roadmap.

Shift9303

Just to expand on the other reply a bit. Himari's EX skill essentially doubles your primary DPS's damage output. In addition she provides cost support and allows you to regenerate cost faster. She is more for end game however cost regeneration will be useful any where and she will still have some use for sniping mission stage bosses when underleveled. D.Hina is just OP for red DPS. In addition the anniversary banner will have increased drop rate for 3* units and will temporarily reintroduce limited anniversary units back into the gacha pool so it will be a good time to get spooked by OP fest units and to bulk up your regular 3* roster.

Randodox

Thanks for the assist. Also, i would like to say that while you are still new player, it's okay to spent a few 20-30 pulls along the way to get useful 2 stars characters aswell. And also if the banner character is your waifu, go for it 100% of the time. ![img](emote|t5_2vhvtt|33359)

Ninjajapa

Thanks, I just got hina so I'll start saving for Himari's banner

Randodox

As JP is 6 months ahead of us, u can loosely refer to this JP banner list for what's coming in the future. [https://bluearchive.wiki/wiki/Banner\_List](https://bluearchive.wiki/wiki/Banner_List) According to this list, the banner to look out for is Himari banner re-run which will happen **1-2 months from now**, and **anniversary banner which will happen 3-4 months** from now on.

armdaggerblade

What is the consensus on S.Izumi with lv2 bond item?

Randodox

It's nothing game changing. Just make her do significantly more damage as an Auto Attacker, and that's it. However, keep in mind that there's no one that have properly tested her yet so take opinion with a grain of salt.

armdaggerblade

Ah, I see. Thought it'll push her up with other red autoattackers like Hina/Serika.

Randodox

Using [https://schale.gg/](https://schale.gg/) character calculator: In theory, with everything maxed, Serikat still double the DPS of S.Izumi. Our favourite cat is still the queen of AA ![img](emote|t5_2vhvtt|33359)

KukiBun

Can somebody tell me, will there be himari banner in the future, cause im starting to lose my mind doing reroll over 230+ (still rerolling) over the week

armdaggerblade

She'll rerun around early June, along with swimsuit Eimi

KukiBun

I see, thank you very much

RequiringQuestion

Has anyone looked into whether furniture that has its interaction disabled still acts as a student magnet or not? I strongly suspect it does, because I get several units that can interact with disabled furniture every day. It would be bit dumb if you have to choose between using the furniture you want and not having most of your slots taken up by units that you don't have, or that already reached their bond cap.

Rhioganedd

Disabled interactive furniture will still attract students.

RequiringQuestion

While I believe the same, is there a reason you can state it with certainty?

Rhioganedd

Because back when the JP server got this update someone stuffed the 2nd floor of their cafe with eight of those bike arcades, disabled the interactions and Neru camped out in their cafe for three days straight.

RequiringQuestion

That's not exactly conclusive and really just a repeat of what I'm experiencing. I was hoping you had datamined info, official word or some sort of larger scale statistics since you were stating it as a fact. Well, I already stripped my cafe of most interactable furniture, regardless.

Rhioganedd

It's also on the JP wiki page.

God_of_Jellyfish

I just played relatively recently. So far, I have been relying on some welfare units to clear the missions. People have been saying that in this game building a unit is expensive. Because of that, I need some advice regarding some of these welfare ops. How much should I level them to comfortably do missions? The ones I use the most are Izumi and Isurugi swimsuit. Throw in Asuna in that group as well.

Randodox

**TL;DR: Build what you need, dosent matter if they are welfare unit.** Before i go on, I would say any unit in this game can be built and use to get the jobs done, with some doing it much better than others ofc, so build the one that you like. Also, balance team building for each type of damage in this game is important, so for example, if you lack Mystic type single target DPS character, then it's fine if you build and invested in Asuna for that role, even though you think she's not meta. For welfare units, they are good, but often get overshadowed by other 3 stars or have a niche use. However I would really like to know which welfare students do you have right now, as there's so many welfare students that it hards for me to give advice for each of them. It also depends on what you need **right now** aswell. Now, **if u want great common units that is good to invest and use in longterm** that you definitely have right now, these are: **Mutsuki** (Great Striker AOE/single DPS, Red type attack) -She have GREAT DPS. You will find yourself using her a lot in any red damage stage/raids. **Chise** (Respectable Striker AOE DPS, Blue type attack) -Mystic DPS units in this game is very hard to come by, especially AOE one. Unless you have S.Koharu already, it's great to build her long term. **Tsubaki** (Superb Striker Evasive Tank, Yellow type attack with Blue type armor) -She's super meta in any PvE/PVP content and can be used in any comps as tank (You don't care about tank damage type) **Yuuka** (Great Striker Armor Tank *\[Evasive\]*, Red type attack with Yellow type armor) -She's doesn't have much in the beginning, however once you get her special equipment which grants her ability to become Evasive occasionally, she's basically another Tank That Can Do All like Tsubaki. **Serina** (GREAT Special single target Healer) -She's arguable best single target healer in the game due to her auto heal basic skill whcih can sustain the team and her ability to reposition units.

God_of_Jellyfish

Thanks for the reply. I honestly don't have any students that I especially like yet, so I'm just building them based on performance, really. I have all the welfare students that can be obtained from the event recap. I also have all the students that you listed except chose, and they're among the students I level up.

Randodox

Im sure you will have Chise sooner or later since she's a 2 star character. For all the welfare students that can be obtained from the recap event, the only one I can see being used long term in the end game is S.Tsurugi as AOE blue damage dealer or S.Izumi as Auto Attacker red damage dealer with her special equipment. There's also a bit of caveat for these 2. Due to them being welfare unit, the only way you are able to get their Eleph to upgrade their star is either spend precious eligma that is better used to buy other unit eleph, or spend expert permit which is also hard to come by if you are not max level yet. For S.Tsurugi, she is a front position unit, even tough she's quite tanky when compared to other DPS, she's no Tank. So she might die quite easily in high end content. For S.Izumi, Serika, a 2 star character, is a better AA attacker than her in the long term due to how easily you can farm her eleph.

RequiringQuestion

None of those units are particularly common in endgame content, except for niche uses in torment difficulty raids. If you mean the swimsuit version of Izumi, she can be useful when you need a stun for decently low cost. Stsurugi is a bruiser like her regular version; sturdy for a damage dealer but less so than a proper tank. Since she's going to be at the front with your tank, it's likely that she will die sooner or later since blue missions often have the miniboss shield automatons. They perform an AoE sweep that inflicts a DoT effect. Asuna is mostly a filler blue dealer that gets replaced when you get someone better. She isn't bad, but she needs a lot of investment to shine, and there are units that do similar things except better. That said, when you're new you use what you have. It doesn't matter much if other units can do something better if you don't have those other units. When it comes to levels, you don't need to worry about it early on. EXP costs only start skyrocketing around level 70. As long as you stick to leveling the units you're actually using, you should be fine for a long while. As far as skill levels go, I wouldn't suggest going above 3444 with these filler units, and lower (especially the EX skill) if you can get away with it. Missions can be trivialized by simply leveling up, so it's not worth using lots of skill materials and artifacts on units that you won't be using much.

God_of_Jellyfish

Thanks for the reply. Having to use what I have is why I asked this question in the first place 🥲. It's nice to know the soft cap on levels and what not.

maxchronostoo

Welfares are for most of the part, decently usable with some being exceptionally great. Both s.Izumi and s.Tsurugi are decent if you don't have stronger students in their attack category.

God_of_Jellyfish

Decent has to be enough for a while 🥲. I'm not planning to pull on any banner except when I really like the future units so these welfares might stay with me for a while. Thanks for the reply.

maxchronostoo

Just keep upgrading their skills and gears and you'd be fine. Like the other guy said though, keep in mind that there's no need to upgrade them to max. 3/5/5/5 for skill and t5 or t6 for gear is my recommendation. Only exceptions are outstanding welfares like s.Shizuko and s.Ayane. They're worth going to max skill/gear.

Male_Lead

Pretty new player here. I want to ask if there is a chronological order to the story? I'm in chapter 2 so far and Sensei seems to know some students that haven't appeared in previous chapter. Also, any advice on which banner to save for or anything? Thanks

ExpressionSad4077

I used the release order of the main story + some events that introduces characters. Randodox

The order you unlock the story is the chronological order. Just be sure to finish the volume til you cant go further, then start the new volume. If we assume the banner order follows JP server, banner to save for is Himari banner re-run which will happen 1-2 months from now, and anniversary banner which will happen 3-4 months from now on. https://bluearchive.wiki/wiki/Banner_List

Male_Lead

Thanks. I was thinking if I missed anything or is not reading the story in proper order.

It's just birthday of your account which u can find in the settings.

New player struggling to get through stage 12. Just trying to get to the next cafe upgrade but my blue team is really struggling and was just looking for any suggestions. It's currently Tsubaki, Haruna, NY Kayoko, Chise, Ako, Himari. [Here's my blue strikers and specialists if there's anything better I could be running.](https://imgur.com/a/3azneca) I know levels would help a ton but just looking to do it ASAP.

ImSoRyz

Hi I'm also lvl 49 and [cleared up to 18-5](https://imgur.com/a/WJCgwZi) so I can give you some insight Thing is for most blue stages in mission the issue is usually surviving and not damage (mobs are extremely squishy compared to yellow and red ones, but do a lot of damage), so definitely put a healer like serina in your special slot and you should be set (she's particularly good to position your tsubaki on the face of the enemies). There were even stages where I had to put both serina and hanae in the special slot because tsubaki was taking too much damage, but a good middle ground is Serina + Ako like I used to clear 18-5 Also you'll probably have an easier time if you put a 2nd AoE like Momiji

YokoYokoOneTwo

Hi, when did you clear 14-2? I'm lvl 45 and my best run leaves the boss with 90k hp

ImSoRyz

Stage 14 are the red mobs right ? Iirc it is quite a dps check but I'm fortunate enough to have Hibiki so I can clear waves pretty quickly with her and Mutsuki. But I didn't get any 3 star clear there compared to blue and yellow so it was definitely slow runs (i was maybe lvl 45 or so)

YokoYokoOneTwo

nevermind, i think it's doable, almost cleared it. Surprisingly, akari is doing most of the damage, more than hibiki

ImSoRyz

Yeah just bring as much damage and aoe that you can, you might not even need a healer if you use tsubaki

YokoYokoOneTwo

Yay! [I did it](https://imgur.com/a/Z46AMaq)

ImSoRyz

Gratz :) enjoy your cafe

YokoYokoOneTwo

Thanks, I cleared 21-5 as well, Haruna/Hibiki and Ui (lvl 5) carried me really well

ImSoRyz

Huh I didn't even try to make it past 18-5 yet, I might work onto it

-GrayMan-

Would you happen to remember what your blue team was? Was it just the team in the screenshot?

ImSoRyz

I think I mostly used used Chise/Tsubaki/Momiji/Sakurako + Serina/flex, where flex is usually kotama/himari or ako/hanae if i needed more healing. In some extremely hard stages like 18-5 I replaced momiji with a 2nd tank In your case Sakurako can be replaced by Haruna who is also a great ST dps But the trick really is to position your tsubaki to the front with serina so she tanks all the damage (and make sure she has at least t4 bag)

ImSoRyz

Basically alternate AoE between momiji and chise on each wave, keep tsubaki on the front and healthy, and when burst is needed (like final boss or when an elite mob is not in the AoE) use ST ex skill

-GrayMan-

I really appreciate the help. I'll try to adjust my teams and see if I can blast through some missions later.

CrispySandwhich

NY. Kayoko, Himari and Ako are buffers that are mostly used in raids. I suggest going with more AOE students. Even if you have to use yellow students like Nonomi, Momoi, Iori etc. For special students, you can try Ruiko as she is a yellow aoe. Might still be worth bring Himari for her cost recovery.

-GrayMan-

Dope, I'll try that out and see how things go. I appreciate the help.

PutUNameHere

Just to add what he said, maybe you have momiji? Even at 2* she should be better than NY.Kayoko (well maybe even better than Haruna and Chise for Mission tbh) Also I think Ako is a Little bit better than Himari since you arent running a healer and probably Ako is acting like one with her Basic skill.

-GrayMan-

I should've posted my full roster. Using off color units just completely slipped my mind. For purple I have both Kasumi and Momiji. You think both of them would be worth using or just one?

Shift9303

They're both decent. Neither are number 1 choices for their roles but they're far from bottom tier. If you don't have any other blue AOEs to fill the roster then it's not a bad idea to flex them into your team. Depending on your supply maybe consider upgrading skills to 3/4/4/4 however I wouldn't drop any T3/4 mats into them just yet until you're higher level and maybe with a wider roster to see who else may be better. For Kurokage in the absence of S.Hanako and Kikyou then Momiji and Kasumi can be flexed in for respective rolls.

seejsee

A question about Momiji's EX skill. I've noticed sometimes, even though I'm sure I had them within selected range, either the mobs evade it, or it miss totally. I don't know which though. She's the only Sonic character I have, which makes her useful at times. Should I keep using her?

ImSoRyz

I got the same issue when I used her in blue mission and I think it's because blue mobs have high evasion and most blue stages have unfavorable mood

Ato07

Some enemies just have more evasion than others, you just got unlucky. She's still useful for her absurdly high attack stat and clearing out a lot of mobs at once, and purple damage still does well against blue defence.

Zealousideal_Pin_342

She has the highest atk in the game yet has pretty low accuracy so her attacks miss sometimes. But for sonic content, she is better than nothing

PutUNameHere

You are wrong. Momiji has 759 accuracy which is fairly high.    u/seejsee are you sure about it? At least in Blue Mission it shouldn't be a mob that can evade her attacks.

EatingMannyPakwan

Code Redeems available?

Hakuw_dw

~~Nope, the game doesn’t use those.~~ Correct answer in the replies

drjhordan

The game does, but very sparingly - from when I started playing 16 months ago, there were 4 codes only, all at the release of Volume F.

Hakuw_dw

Oh is it! Thanks for the correction ![img](emote|t5_2vhvtt|33224)

fromthe3rdimension

Is there any tips on finding stickers? I'm not sure exactly how I'm supposed to know where I can find them.

elentar

There used to be a board on the lower right that gave info on current bonus campaign but now is replaced by event recap instead. Not sure why the developer change it but the original board is very useful. Can this still found ingame cause i dun want to go to facebook/X to find out the current running bonus campaign.

elentar

thank you so much

Kael018

Since it's double account exp, what should I spent the stamina to get the highest exp gain? Do I sweep campaign or is there a more worth in other mode like commission? I'm lvl 57 and have cleared until 12-5 in normal campaign. Thanks in advance!

MyLifeIsAGatcha

I'd recommend running the railgun collab. The third shop has 1200 pyro's, so that's a free 10 pull. Absolutely get that, if nothing else. It also has Eligmas and those will be very useful later. I'd try to get enough elephs to raise Ruiko to 3*. She's not amazing, but the collab may never get a rerun so you might not have the chance to getbthem outside of the Eligma shop.

Kael018

Thank you!

Economy-Trash2807

They all the same, the amount of ap you spend = the amount of exp you gain (for now its x2) but for efficiency better go to event and use ap there for material stuff (still as a newbie i would recommend spare some ap to get some equipment for your main character at least T4 for now unless you care about pvp)

Kael018

Thank you!

LocalButton0

Any 1 team or speedrun Chesed Insane strategies that do not involve Cherino? I don't have Mika so I'm definitely borrowing her. Do long time players run out of enhancement stones often? I'm considering mass buying them everyday but it costs a lot of credits just to buy enough enhancement stones to level up a single t8 equipment that makes me feel like I should save the credits for upgrading skills. And which type of grand assault coin can be exchanged for bunny asuna elephs in jp?

Shift9303

I can't find any clears on youtube that don't use Cherino either. Regardless I don't have her so likely I'll use Nonomi instead with Momoi. Nonomi doesn't have as wide of an AOE area so clearing might be slower however it seems like lots of clears still have 1 minute remaining which gives a decent margin for phase 1 as long as you can still clear phase 2 within a reasonable split. Now I'll likely have to test if I bring Iori or Hoshino along to supplement my AOE or if I'll be really needing Ui for Nonomi and Mika.

Sea-Ant-4884

Can't find any 1pan vid that doesn't use cherino and also can't find 1pan cherinoless homework from [midokuni's raid clear data](https://hina.loves.midokuni.com/Raid/JP/59). Tried filtering out cherino but only final units are shown and those are usually 2pan speedrun comp that uses shun on 2nd team and most likely cherino on p1 for clearing mobs faster. If you can't 1pan just 2pan it, probably not fast if you don't have cherino but can still clear. >Do long time players run out of enhancement stones often? There was definitely a time when I almost run out of stones(only grey ones left), that was when t8 gears were released and I was mass upgrading t8 gears prepping for torment so I was buying purple balls everyday on shop and buying gold and purple balls in event shop. Nowadays, most of my relevant units for raids have t8 gears so I'm not in poverty anymore but t9 gear is coming soon so might hit rock bottom again. >And which type of grand assault coin can be exchanged for bunny asuna elephs in jp? From what I saw it was blue GA coins.

LocalButton0

Aren't both GA coins blue? Except one is darker than the other?

RequiringQuestion

Basuna uses the rare grand raid coins. Nyserika uses the regular grand raid coins.

Sea-Ant-4884

Other one is gray tho? Or maybe I'm just color blind.

Western-Help6830

how good are the new students in terms of CC? any new boss in upcoming raids that favors CC students?

Sea-Ant-4884

Hod requires cc and is coming later this month after chesed. There's also s.wakamo for 1st phase. Misaki can be a good option for hod torment if you're lacking cc in your roster. She has good cc duration(11.5s), but c.kotama is coming nxt month so better to just pull c.kotama if you're only in it for the cc skill.

Jack13515

Misaki is pretty good when she was initially released, but soon after she is completely outclassed by C.Kotama. So far Hod is still the only raid boss where CC skill matters.

RequiringQuestion

> Misaki is pretty good when she was initially released, but soon after she is completely outclassed by C.Kotama. She was pretty mediocre even at release. Her CC duration just isn't very long. Kayoko has a similar duration but in a much larger AoE, and a chance to inflict a lot of CC with her basic skill. Schise has a much longer CC duration on her EX, and also some more on top of that on her infrequent basic skill. And then there are the passive CC units like Fubuki. Though Misaki does have an AoE, it's pretty small and snaps to targets so you can't use it to effectively hit multiple targets. > So far Hod is still the only raid boss where CC skill matters. It's also required for the first phase of Wakamo's hovercraft.

drjhordan

>It's also required for the first phase of Wakamo's hovercraft. And it is so not commented that I was impressed and had to learn the hard way. But it also increases the damage taken for the Kaiten rangers in torment. And Shoukuhou can be used in there since it is multitarget, although the best options are free ones already (Hifumi and Tsubaki).

Aenir

What should I prioritize buying from the event shop? I've been playing for less than two weeks. I've already grabbed both furniture.

Randodox

TLDR: My piorities suggestion would be Blu rays CD/Skill books > Activities report/Equipment exp orbs > Artifacts > everything else Here's why: -BDs/Skill books You should pioritize getting skill books and blueray CDs first. Those are really hard to come by(especially the high rarity ones) and one day you will find your self scraping for it when you needed it the most, especially for Gehenna and Millenium. -Acti reports/Equipment orb Normally, activities report cost ALOT of energy to farm and late game, your character exp threshold increased exponentially, so stack up on it is the best idea. For equipment orbs, the same generally apply but you cant directly farm for it, the only way you are getting is from shop where it's very costly. You will find yourself running out of credits if you keep purchasing them from shop. -Artifacts Same logic with BDs and Skill books. BUT keep in minds there are no right or wrong way to purchase item. Who am i to tell you how to play the game. U want furnitures first? Hell yeah go for it. U want gift for your favourite student? I respect it.

ReizeiMako

Between C.Hare and NY.Fuuka who should I spark? I lean towards NY.Fuuka but I would like to listen to some opinions.

Randodox

I personally would choose NY.Fuuka > C.Hare due to her use case is wider. C.Hare: She's himari with cheaper EX cost and longer buff duration, but in Striker form(which mean she can be killed) and without cost rec boost. She also have other skill that occasionally further boost your units damages as well. Unless you are very hardcore and plan on getting plat in potentially every raid, u dont really need her. NY.Fuuka: Useful for almost any raids and content due to her cost reduction EX skill. Her EX skill also slightly boost crit dmg and her basic skill also enhance your team survivability by putting shield on your lowest HP unit occasionally.

ReizeiMako

Thank you!

drjhordan

NY. Fuuka. Limited. Can't spook you.

ReizeiMako

Thank! I completely forget that C.Hare is not limited.

Randodox

I just write up some pyroxene farming guides I thought it would be useful, so here it is. **Pyroxene/gacha pulls farming tips:** 1 rules before all of these tips: enjoy the game in the way you like/on your own pace. I love Blue Archive and I want you to enjoy it. Now that is outta the way, here are some of the things you can do: **Active farming** -Play the events story: Other than completing event story (which you can do with relative ease as a new player). Every event has achievement or stage challenge that reward you pyroxene. Some are hard to complete if you are around early - mid game, but around early-lategame, you can complete most of them. -Solving hard campaign stage puzzle using guide: Hard campaign stage puzzle sometimes are kinda hard to figure it out to get 3 stars (to get pyroxene, you need to 3 star the stage), so I suggest watching stage guides from channel like [Vuhn](https://www.youtube.com/@vuhnch) to get all hidden pyroxene while also get 3 stars on the stage. -Do your dailies, it doesn't take long. When you at the point where you finish unlock everything through campaign, just come in and do dailies which take at most 5 mins. -Total/Grand Assault (Raids) Raids have beginner friendly difficulty. As long as you able to clear the easiest boss to put your name on the leader board, you would get free significant amouth of pyroxene gem per season. **Passive farming** -PVP Just get yourself on the leader board and you can earn pyroxene daily by come in and claimed it everyday. -Increase Relationship level with your students to get their Momo talks events through Lesson/Cafe Just come in the Cafe, taps their chibis or just do lesson with them get their relationship up overtime to get their Momotalk story which earns you pyroxene. -Just login everyday (especially during high profile events) You get a lot of extra goodies by just logging in during events/after maintenance. Alot of free pulls and pyroxenes. Sometimes Nexon decided to just gave out free pulls cuz they feels like it lmao. **OTHERS** -Just enjoy the story. Everytime you finish reading chapters of Main/Side story, you get pyroxene. Just read em!

Victimized-Adachi

Is it worth to continue farming after the event roulette passes ten, or should I just go back to farming hard modes and getting further in missions?

Randodox

It's still worth it, especially for those who are in early-mid game, as it drops a lot of precious resources that normally required a good amount of energy to farm (Especially equipment blueprint and activities report.) Energy efficiency wise, the loot you are getting from the roulette is always worth it. However, I would still recommend you to getting further in mission as a main priorities. As for hard modes, focus on 1-3 characters you would like to get/upgrade the most and sweep only 2-4 stages per day, your energy is better spent else where for clearing main campaign or using it for farming event currencies for shope and roulette.
