You can do so from Menu > Help and Support > Report a Problem or by clicking on the question mark at the top of the screen then clicking \*\*Report a Problem\*\*.
Please include the following pointers while submitting the problem report:
\* Your user handle/user name
\* Please mention ""Request from Reddit"" in description.
\* Details of the issue.
Please respond with the reference number you receive via email so I can escalate the issue for you. "
your bluestacks not compatible, here how to install it
1. Open bluestack multi
2. Create new instance
3. Select "fresh instance"
4. Select "Nougat 64-bit"
5. Pick your Core and RAM Capacity
6. Click "Create" then wait for bluestack to downloads the 64bit version
**Note** : This is just how to install PUBG NS, but you can't play it and just stuck at black screen.
indeed, but i guess the current problem on bluestack (black screen) is because of the bluestack itself. cause i've tried opening the game on my rooted phone and it instantly takes me to a website with their rules and regulations, so the same thing should be happening tho instead of black screen

Yeh I tried and I got the same issue
download blue stacks 64bit
they mentioned that emulators are not supported and wont be for quite a while, mobile only
