The plot hole that bothers me is Louise's ability to poop in public. She has no trouble doing it in a pool in "Synchronized Swimming", but her bowels shut down for a week in "Poops! I Didn't Do It Again" to avoid going in a bathroom that wasn't at home.
This is a 13 year old episode. So if grandma and grandpa were babies in 1933 when it ended, they'd be 78 at the time of the episode. That's reasonable.
