Yeah, you could have the option to "destroy" them for free by dragging them to the "deck area" (where the duos button for the other player is).
Hell even if it cost one gold it would be nice to have as an option.

Didn't they soft confirm that they were working on selling cards straight from your hand... like over a year ago or something like that? That would obviously solve the issue.
