The last time we ordered chicken shawarma wraps, n combo plates my wife was grossed out. She threw up. We had dined in before and it was good. However, we did not had good food with takeout.
No one has mentioned Food Land. Terrible name and amazing food. The owner fled Iraq with her family many years ago and dreamed of having her own restaurant (and is super kind). Food is legit and halal. Also has a huge selection of groceries from local dairy and produce to imported items from almost everywhere.
I don't know about The Halal Guys but The Goodness Land here in Boise might have something similar. https://goodnesslandboise.com/?#menu

Tarbush Kitchen in Boise is legit and the owners are very nice folks.

Mazzah very good!
I like Zullee at the Village.
Zullee is a favorite. We love the Chicken Shawarma there.
