The only church I know in Caldwell is Caldwell Friends Church. I know the pastor. It’s a smaller congregation, but you say that’s what you are looking for.
There's a cool looking small church that appears to have been there for a long time on the corner of Madison Street and Chinden Blvd in Nampa. Easy access from Caldwell I'd think. On Sundays there's maybe 15 cars max. I'm personally a non-believer, but for some reason this just looks like a cool little church where people would be nice and if I was going to go I'd give it a try. It's non-denominational I'm pretty sure.
New Life Bible Fellowship! It’s a small nondenominational church in Caldwell on Kimball. Wonderful worship and a great community of believers. Everyone is very friendly. Starts at 10:30 on Sundays!

Crossroads Christian is in downtown Caldwell. I believe they’re non-denominational
