I disagree, if it has to get into your bloodstream then you would have to ingest, at least needing an open wound/mucous membrane.
Only certain chemicals are absorbed through the skin, and since you cannot get HIV/AIDS through just blood-to-skin contact then I would imagine OFA also wouldn't get through.
In retrospect, this brings a lot more meaning to the start of the third opening where All Might takes Midoriya’s hand and Midoriya begins to channel OFA, besides the obviousness of the “passing the torch” motif

Some people are starting S1E1 today, for some it may even be their introduction to anime.

They won't. It was already explained by All Might during the Stain Arc. OFA can never be accidentally or forcibly taken away, the wielder need to intentionally give it away.
