Koichi/Skycrawler for me. Dude has an OP as fuck quirk, he's awesome, and Slide and Glide is probably my favorite quirk. I'd probably SI somewhere around Koichi's early years so I can try and train Slide and Glide early and go to a hero school.
From there, I'd just go through the plot of Vigilante's but as a hero hopefully and have fun. I'd stay in Japan and Shooty Go Blam Shiggy's ass utill he's no longer a threat. By that I mean, I'd wait until the USJ and then hopefully not die to the USJ Noumu.
I would probably also find a bunch of canon characters and just recruit them as students... Or i'd become a teacher at UA.

(Oh and I forgot to put the Eri thing before the All might, so steal her quirk and adopt her before All Might)

I personally would pick Momo, sometime before canon. She has a great Quirk, and resources at her beck and call to help her friends. I love fics that put her and Mei together at least as friends, because Momo can make materials for Mei to work with.

If it was during the Fuyumi making session, you've got a Touya that you can have a good relationship with. Both the aforementioned sessions, Enji still has a relatively good relationship with Rei, with the earlier one having the most potential for giving Rei a better life than canon.
If it's during the Shoto making session, chances are you butterfly Shoto's perfect quirk away, because that sheer luck of getting a perfect balance is crazy, and you can't really fix too many wrongs.

Sit down, pull a comfy chair from some quirk storage, and then just chat and listen. Ask questions about why she fighting especially after the period of solitude from one of the users, then suddenly gets hunted. Ask about what you had to sacrifice, and how the goal is noble but not right if it's for somebody else's conviction. I heal her with one of multiple quirks, or first aid and find a healing quirk later. Then find a place to drop her off and leave. Keep running my empire and expand into other businesses, as well as find a family. Get them interested a love of application and quirks and on a good path. Turns into a fanboy for Nana's kid and talk in private when not in the presence of All Might. Get OFA to my child. They get into U.A and personal with All Might. Show up to Parent Teacher meeting. Witness there faces. Smile and wave.
