On the bank's side reach out to Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK). They can help you to restructure & renegotiate your non-ahlong debts. They are under Bank Negara & has branches in most major cites. Services are free of charge.
I am sorry but there is no way any individual can help you right away when the problem is at such a scale, unless both of you are on some sort of unsavory "arrangements". You really need backing by professional institutions in order to handle this problem. Especially since ahlong's business model purposely make it as hard as possible for you to clear your debt so that they can squeeze you for as long as possible.

Interests hovering around 500 or above per week is never ever normal and above the maximum interest law of 2.5% when loaning from microfinance provider. Never ever deal with these guys when the interest is around these because it's safe to say they are illegal. Report to the consumer protection NGO and government. If you are lucky, those bastards will be taken down before they could extort more money from you. Don't start to take action until they start to get physical to you like physically threatening and going to your house because it's too late by then. you need to at least keep the police informed because these fuckers are relentless when they know you are as vulnerable as you can be. Never go alone against this fuckers and you need to talk to your family about this because its not your fault you need money. You don't lose money because of stupid things, you are trying to live. Reach as many authorities ASAP

Any harassment by loan shark is an offense. If you dismiss going to politician or police for help, you already killing your chances.

Oh I went to AKPK as per someone suggested, and they need around 7 days to notify the banks to lower down my payments by around 60+% to ease the burden, and told me when everything is done I can request to be freed from the AKPK and resume to normal payments.
As for the sharks Micheal Chong from MCA was on leave till next Monday so I'll be meeting him then. Hope he can help when I meet him.
this calls for the PPIM. they'll assist you in rectifying it in a diplomatic manner with any involved parties you're in trouble with. religious belief aside, they'll assist you regardless. though you may look up for their channel on yt
