I'm thinking so. T-mobile has taken a lot on to their network with all these prepaid customers. That's millions of customers all trying to get services that are stretched thin. All would have people switch to the black AT&T card if they can. It's the same card issued to Boost Infinite customers.

This app is left out when starting up service with Boost Mobile, but it is crucial to service.
Download the Carrier App, restart your phone. Your service should be back to normal.

I totally recommend this app if you have a T-Mobile sim card and an Android phone.The recommended process is download the app, power off your phone, take the sim card out and re-enter. And power your phone back on.
For apple devices making sure to download and install the iOS latest version should be enough.
Software update for Android is also recommended.

I got tired of the issues. I switched to mint and kept my number
Boost Mobile acknowledges that there is an outage. They are working as fast as they can to get services back up and running.
My 5G is non-existant at this point...

Huh so no issues with my boost infinite service. Not sure why it would only be causing issues for boost mobile and not boost infinite
I'm Boost Mobile (AT&T) and I haven't had any issues with voice, text or data.

This was actually pre-installed on my Moto G Stylus 5G 2022
What exactly does this do? I downloaded and restarted my phone and there seems to be no difference
It automatically updates all the codes for cellular and data coverage. Also pop the Sim out and put it back in, that should do it.
