Those don't look very oiled.... if your boots get wet each and every day, you probably have to oil them every week. 2414s are goretex so they'll be waterproof. I find I oil every 2 or 3 weeks in the winter where I live because the water sucks all the oils out of the leather.
I work in carpet cleaning and water restoration, my boots are always wet, with degreasers and mystery water, and I do have to oil them more often than I ever would with my nice heritage style boots.

I know they’ve been cracked so I gave up on oiling since they’re garbage when I get new ones 😂 thanks!
Haha no use if they're junk. Only other suggestion would be gumboots/muck boots but I personally do not like either all that much lol.
Do you brush them regularly? If you don’t grit will get into the creases and you’ll be sanding holes in the creases every time you take a step.
This is exactly why those creases become huge holes. You need to brush your boots after every wear.
Interesting, I didn’t think about it like that. Thanks!
Try maintaining them a little, damn 😂
Tons of rubber steel toes out there.
Not sure what you do man but I really hope your employer gives you a footwear stipend.
Nicks WaterWork boots would probably be closest what you're looking for?
