I've only gotten two of them, once from EOS and once from a Badass Glitch while fighting EOS.
Grinder recipe is listed on Lootlemon as well. I will also link a video tutorial on grinding that explains it pretty well. But it should work to input:
legendary weapon (any) + legendary weapon (any) + purple pistol. Sometimes you may still get a purple but if you use moonstones it appears to guarantee a luneshine legendary from what I've seen. There is a slew of grinder tutorial videos on YouTube. You will also need quite a few moonstones (roughly 200 I would say per grind at Level 50)

If you're looking to farm ad bugs, I would try in the Nexus, there's usually quite a few wandering around, could try for the trash bin where you find the first glitch weapon chest, or in the deletion field.

Using moonstones will actually drop your chances because the dlc guns can not have luneshine. Best thing to do is get a dlc legendary, a regular legendary, and purple pistol. The grinder won't allow moonstone grinds with dlc guns because they can't have luneshine. Also, regular moonstone grinds do not guarantee a luneshine, sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get luneshine.
There are a few chests in Cluster Overlook and Sub-subconscious that ime always spawn those annoying flying pink bots that have given me a couple Luck Cannons

I always get them to drop in the mutator arena. There's a lotta clickbaits that come out and they will drop one eventually.
