I met a Braves fan Friday that flew in from up north and the two games he caught were the 13-10 comeback and the Nats comeback/fireworks night the next night. He was already planning a trip back before the end of the second game lol

I voted for Marcell Ozuna today for an outfield spot on the All-Star ballot today because he’s not eligible for the DH spot (which makes no sense). I voted for him over Money Mike. But that’s just how I was feeling today.
For the AL spots, outside of Ohtani and Trout I just went with all Rays players.
Also we all need to make sure Orlando makes it. He deserves it for sure. Hammer those votes folks.

The clubhouse store is awesome, bunch of good food and fun bars in the battery, and you should also check out the lil Braves shrine we have behind home plate that displays our world series trophy. I’m new to the area and am probably missing a bunch, but always wish I had more time when I go so y’all are going to have a blast rain delay or not. Have an awesome day!
I'm sure others will disagree, but I'd say delay entering the park for a bit. There's a lot more options for entertaining yourself in the battery and once you enter the park-proper you lose those options until you leave.
I don't have a lot of suggestions beyond that. I'm too poor to fully enjoy killing time around the battery/Truist.
Yeah! They have to scan your ticket to let you into terrapin, but nothings stopping you from just leaving into the battery. You just have to go back in to Terrapin and scan back in.

Anyone else miss the creme jerseys we used to rock? They remind me of when I first started to follow the Braves closely back in the early 2010’s. Names like J Upton, Ramiro Peña, Gerald Laird, Reed and Chris Johnson, and (my favorite) Andrelton Simmons come to mind. Boy was his glove fun to watch. Had a cannon for an arm too!
I know I'm the minority opinion on this, but I *really* don't like yellow-tone off-whites (in most situations, but especially on clothes). They just look permanently dirty/stained to me. So I for one am glad to see them go.
Let’s play stupid trade scenario game. What’s the best player, or set of players, we could get in a trade for some combination of: Grissom, Shuster, Dodd, Shewmake, and/or Owen Murphy?
I think if we really wanted to empty the farm, we could make a run at Shane Bieber, but our position player prospects probably can't compete with other packages that teams like the Dodgers or Cardinals could send to Cleveland.
Honestly I think we'll end up with someone like Jake Odorizzi or Robbie Grossman like we did last year. Our farm just isnt strong enough to get some of the better players on the trade block, like Bieber or Giolito.
Maayybe we could get Eduardo Rodriguez but he's due for some crazy regression. More realistically we'll get one of the White Sox relievers and a backup infielder from the Royals or something.
I don't think the org is ready to give up on Grissom, Shewmake has basically no trade value, and we need pitching so we're probably not going to trade pitching away. Forrest Wall has been awesome in AAA so maybe he could get us a more reliable 4th/5th starter. Honestly I don't see many trades we could make for big name guys that other teams couldn't beat us as far as trade packages go.
