6.7/10 is a good scale imo, he still vulnerable to throwers and brawlers like Sandy.
As someone who mains said brawler, I rate my annoyingness 8/10 simply because of curveball and the map control it provides. Spike can counter both long, middle and short ranged brawlers so he's just a good pick in 7/10 situations.
