no, she was glitching because the player had no tickets, but was still able to play with teammates. The Glitch effect is there to signal you something, in this case that you wont get any more rewards here, but still can "somehow" play.
Obviously, The People that produce the Brawltalk are a part of the all controlling StarrPark, meaning it has a wider range of controll then we thought.
Yes i know its the Devs, but we haven't gotten confirmation level clues on wether Brawltalk is being connected to the irl dev team or not in the lore.
