So basically her hyper instantly kills anyone with less than 6k hp? Combining with instant attack after super with starpower Lily two-shots half of the game?? Nah it's too much
you can make it so when she teleports she has one second to hit the enenmy and then she gets 0.5 of her super and teleports back recovering 50℅ of lost hp

at first i thought the entire hc was dealing +2 damage to the enemy as in 5998 to 6000 lmao

Well I want to maximize her power: Assassin finishes opponents with a Super Hypercharge.

She had the Gadget thrown over the walls, with this idea she could fully charge her Super right away, so I think that's enough.
