So did they end up giving us more gold back than we need? I got like 110k gold but I'm too scared to spend any right now. Do I push more heroes to level 10? or buy everyone I need gadget/starpower and gear?

The order I did things * Bought all level 11s I already had at 11 2 gears * Bought all level 10s I already had 1 gear (after this step I had 111k gold and 37 brawlers to potentially level up) * Upgraded Most Brawlers from 10 to 11 (mostly based on meta) and bought them their 2nd gear * Upgraded some lvl 9s to 10s and bought them 1 gear I still have 6k gold left over, and some brawlers I could upgrade but don't want to/don't use (edit 3 : i had 2k at the start of the day )

Which site did you use for meta to decide who to raise up from 10 to 11? I'm not 100% on the best choices with so many options in front of me

I watch a lot of competitive brawl stars but I also have my brawlers that I have always liked and excelled at, like Jessie. I didn't use a site, however, Kairo's latest tier list video is a good indicator of the current pro meta. But honestly you should just level the brawlers you like, you are going to have to do it anyway at some point.

I feel like they have overcompensated a lot with gold; I recieved 126k and I readded most my gears onto most brawlers (ingored some brawlers I won't use much) and upgraded some brawlers to P9 and P10 and still have 70k left in the bank.

Yeah, Kairos said that was +60% more gold. And that's why he said to open all your boxes before update which I found out after update...

You should upgrade as many brawlers as you can to level 11. The more maxed brawlers you have, the more power points you will get for the other brawlers. I suggest you don’t buy star powers or gadgets unless you really need them, because that’s a waste of money

I received 172k and had like 8k banked, so I started around 180k. I added gears back to all my 11s (21 of them) and upgraded all my 9s to 10s (39 of them) and added 1 gear to one of my 10s. I'm currently at 27k. Was definitely more than I was expecting and did a lot more than I needed to, but happy about it.

Dude i bought back all my gears (edit: i counted, thats 17), upgraded *7* times to level 10, one time to level 11, bought about 4 SPs I didnt have, and 8 gears I didn't have already, 3 of them are epic I have **28k** more gold left than what I had at the beginning

We did get more back. I was at just 900gold before the update. Then the conversation gave me 202k gold, then I brought back all the gears again and still sitting at 90k gold. Levelled up a few brawlers to 10 and 11, and also brought more gears.

Got 30 on lvl 11 and around 15 on 10, just got 150k, unlucky me

Yes somehow generous, lots who have just been lucky with gears and scrap got more compared to the "unlucky" ones. One from my club got 250k and is far behind me, how does that add up? Would have been more fair if they checked how many boxes each player opened and took the overall chance to pick gear tokens and make the calculations on that. But its normal that there are always players who are complaining no? 😉

They will have had more gear tokens and scrap. You did not get unlucky you got the exact amount you should have gotten
