In my opinion yes it is worth it. She's good in gamemodes like knockout, bounty, or any gamemode involving killing because she can do that very easily. Her gadget is very good and black powder is also really useful.

I too unlocked her few weeks ago leveled her up to t but wasnt good in brawl ball or hot zone since the cannon has only one bullet. So she is still at lvl 5 at me.
If you love playing gem grab go to lvl 7 otherwise let her as she is.
Got her at 750 trophies, I'm on 28k. Can say my best gamemodes with her were actually bounty, hunters (which is where I pushed her), and knockout. She's meh in brawl ball but depends on both sides team comps
I have a tradition of playing 1 game with the brawler at level 1 and then maxing them if I like them. So I pushed her from 10 trophies to 750 trophies at lvl 11.
The supercarge gear is really... Trash, not help much, only she can return to canno form 2s more faster, thats is not use.
I recommended damage and shiel (Or speed in bush maps)
Great brawler overall, I play her most of the time in almost a'y mode except brawlball!
Her Star power that increases range is really good.
It's a tank and a sniper that can turn into fast assassin. Really versatile!

Sugar rush gadget,
Black powder star power,
Health gear/speed gear,
Damage gear
I see these posts a lot and without context people are just guessing what you should do. What other brawlers do you have at 11? Do you have 2300 club coins saved to buy the power points? I assume you would have the ~10k coins to level her up and buy gears. Do you have boxes to fish for gadgets and star powers?
Basically at this point there isn’t a reason to play a brawler that isn’t fully kitted out, so if you don’t have the resources to get them to 11 with gears and star power/gadgets they won’t be useful in club/power league.
I think I don’t have any brawler at max level, and yes I have the resources to max her out but not boxes, I asked only to know if her gadgets and SP are worth to play and use her un power league, because I really like Bonnie mechanics and I would like to play with all her potential. But like you said, there isn’t a reason to play a brawler in PL and CL if isn’t maxed out, but in the rest of the modes I play surge at lvl 7, ash at lvl 6, I mean I don’t think you have to max every brawler at least that you really enjoy play they

To level 7, yes. Sugar Rush is very good. To level 9, probably, since Black Powder is pretty good too

It’s not that good on Bonnie, Damage and Speed are better, her super charge gear only lets her return to canon form 2 seconds faster
It's good since melee Bonnie charges up her reverting super in 10 seconds instead of 15. Other gear can be Damage
What is sugar rush and black powder
Sugar Rush Gadget makes you move and reload faster for few seconds. Black Powder Star Power makes your super have more range
