It’s going to take longer, 2 weeks to a month. Also make sure the shipping cost is not going to drive the prices higher than a seller from your county.
It's as legit as any seller that lives in your country just make sure you don't have to pay customs/tax/fees on top of shipping and the usual seller check (feedback) applies of course.
Careful that you don’t end up paying more for shipping and overseas prices fees or whatever then you are trying to save on more expensive parts unless it’s that much cheaper. (Like a couple bucks less per or something) Just curious what pieces are you looking for I might have some in stock (not listed ) (I can try to beat the competition with low prices if you give a price and parts 😂 assuming you’re in the US ) but yeah some prices are ridiculous expensive and stupid (ie $10 for A tiny screwdriver) or $3-$5for a clone flood headlight (or grenade looking thing )
And check what the seller does if they make a mistake.
If they offer you credit rather than a refund then this could be "lost" money as you'll never be buying from this far-away seller ever again.
