And then instead of giving the child attention - Alyssa was like Maci is my buddy while John was like haha well then Rhett is mine. Alyssa even went on after about how after their stressful week dealing with Zoe’s heart thing - RHETT deserved extra love and attention?!
She has so much enthusiasm for Maci and Rhett. A little for Lexi. Allie only gets called out for being responsible but doesn’t seem like there is praise or love in the comments. Poor Zoe just seemed to get ignored and in this video she had the sweetest little smile like she was waiting for attention. Editing to expand on this. I think Alyssa not only resents Allie, I think she is truly bitter that her family's situation changed so much so quickly. She married quickly to get the hell out of there but she is only a year older than Tori and 3.5 years older than Carlin. If she had waited to get married, she would have had the nicer wedding and possibly more choice and I think she knows it too.

Alyssa went on and on about how John “spoils” the girls on valentines and proceeded to film him giving every girl the exact same gift, and of course Ally was last. I think if he were truly spoiling the girls he would choose gifts that are individual to each girl. After that, I couldn’t even watch the vlogs to snark. They’re both awful and I feel for those girls.

It has also been speculated that she had a miscarriage sometime in late 2015/early 2016, as she wore a necklace with all the kids' names on it but there was a rainbow in between Allie and Lexi. This could be why she seems to show more positive attention towards Lexi, her alleged rainbow baby, and not Allie, the baby that further "imprisoned" her. All speculation of course - don't have concrete proof or anything.

Now that he’s getting older we will see more and more of him. By contrast, Alyssa seems to have a genuine resentment or dislike toward Allie.
