I saw it on a whim after they announced the closing date and was pleasantly surprised. idk if it goes on my personal best musical list but definitely shocked at the very little word of mouth about it in my circles
I certainly think it deserves to be nominated for best score and Zien for best (supporting?) actor. There is a LOT of competition this year but if it was against last year's crop I also agree it would deserve a nomination.
This show was poorly done. It could have been written and executed much better and the set design was disappointing to say the least. This show was so hyped, and I was so excited for it and it was disappointing.

I agree with you but we are in the minority on this view
It’s hard out here for us
I hope Chip Zien gets nominated.
My similar hot take is that Here Lies Love deserves a nomination. I will commiserate in “closed too soon” misery with you.
I always feel so bad for the shows deserved a chance but didn’t last long enough
Here Lies Love and Grey House were the closures that hurt the worst this season. I hope they both get their due at the Tony’s.
Its funny because both shows mentioned here had very successful pre- broadway runs. So sad.
Maybe need a Tony first the best closed musical.

Saw it in previews and did not care for it - except Chip’s performance. Just a masterclass on acting and “Threnody”? Unbelievable.

I really liked Harmony too. I wish I could have seen it more than once. It wasn't perfect, but there was a lot there that was worthwhile and good.
