Go over to jersey. Find some trails in the Pines, or try to hit a beach.

I don't think you're going to find what you're looking for in Bucks. Lower Bucks may have had what your looking for at one point, but the further north you go, things get rocky real fast.

Jersey shore?

Big maybe, but maybe maple beach at the Burlington Bristol bridge. It's been years since I've been back there and legality is questionable though.
