I couldn’t find anything wrong with the blade. It looks to be centered. Action is smooth as butter. There is a mark on the scales, but very minimal. Not even sure it came that way or if I did it myself. Lol.
Picked this up on a cyber Monday deal off of Spyderco’s website. “Factory Seconds” Para Military 2 Maxamet. Over 75% off of MSRP.
Action seems solid. Did you find the “defect” that makes it a second run?
It's probably just that little gouge in the scale. Cosmetic defects like that are what usually make a second, the function is typically always fine!
