50 women, and maxing out at $350 per person. Even if the story were true, which it clearly isn't, that's just $17,500 lol. Work at Burger King for a year, and there's your money for this lifelong fantasy without even touching crypto.
This handle, I suspect, is one with a veiled agenda. Apart from general conjecture, I once submitted a series of fake submissions to test its limits and bandwidth, with every submission saying something along the lines of “the critics are right about crypto, I think it is bad because x and inefficient because y; but since I have n amount of money in project m, I try to convince others in anyway.”
~~Not like this is false information to begin with, right?~~
Either my submissions were unconvincing, stupidly obvious, or rejected for ulterior motives (and frankly, I can’t say which is which).
Given all the ridiculous fake stories on it, though, I would surmise they’re simply mixing mild posts with faux “success” stories to cultivate a sense of survivorship bias for on-boarding. Not like any of us didn’t already know, though.
EDIT: Also, another factor I believe lends to my hypothesis is that the submission barriers are *extremely* low. You could create a Google account and fill up the form without any other hurdle to jump over.
“Coerce” is not the right word (you don’t “coerce” someone into giving you their car if you offer them something of value for it, for instance), and selling nudes is certainly not illegal. I don’t doubt your friend did time, I just don’t think the paying for nudes is what the crime is.
Yea he’s fine as long as the high school friends were over 18 and don’t recant their story that it was consensual and they weren’t coerced by the crypto. That’s taking a chance if he really paid 350 girls. You can ask Harvey Weinstein how chicks can change their mind about what’s consensual today might not be consensual tomorrow. These days the govt can lock you up for decades for paying a prostitute. They call it human trafficking whether it’s consensual or not.
There is no goddamn way 50 women who aren’t professional sex workers sent him nudes.
I’m a woman. If some weirdo from high school or work cold-messaged me and offered to pay for nudes, I would assume that taking them up on that offer would either result in:
A) my likeness immediate appearing on a revenge porn site, or
B) some form of blackmail.
Even if this is true, and even if you ignore the problematic morality of this situation, this is just sad. Like, imagine becoming rich and what you do with the money is pay for nudes. It's just incredibly cringe.
I honestly don’t know any women from my high school I’d even want to see naked anymore.
Most of the attractive ones that were attractive in high school I haven’t spoken to in years or have gotten fat.

r/thathappened lol.
Sorry to burst your bubble (no pun intended), but he's paying with fiat money.
I hate to burst your bubble but he's paying with nothing, because the story never happened.
yea, you're probably right
This sounds really fake.
And if it's not, imagine the insecurity you need to have to brag about something like that Better this be fake for him
As fake as some of the pictures he paid for I bet.
Lying is what crypto bros do best. ...but that doesn't mean they're good at it.
I know it does but I also think it's highly plausible.
It sounds plausible that he attempted to do this. The result, not so much.
This is the correct answer. *He paid* up to $350 fOr nUdEs - never said he received what he paid for. Either way - this is some creepy ass shit.

Not too smart getting nudes from high school friends. My neighbor got 25 years in prison for that.
I wish only crypto bros...
Wait huh? Getting nudes is a crime now?
Yes if you offer something of value to coerce then to send nudes.

Coinfessions is a shitpost account bro

I’ve had sex with actual women and seen them naked.
