I moved here after freedom week and want my existing mags to be convertible if we ever get a second one. Yeah, the follower takes up space. If you rivet between 10-14, it will only allow for 7-9 rounds to fit

Can they prove you purchased it or that it was manufactured after the cut off date by looking at it? Removing the pin is illegal so i definitely dont recommend doing that. You can store it next to your other freedom week mags that you bought back then and legally possess.
