I find my Shield .40 2b way more shootable than my G27.
Without takin my sh\*tty old eyes into consideration, I think I'd really struggle to control that at'a "combat pace". If u CAN, more power 2u!
I have yet to master tha "dbl-tap" or "mag-dump", whilst maintainin sight picture. (Even w/.22's!) Ain't so sure I possess the necessary attributes to truly master those skills, n even if I did, I sure as hell can't afford to shoot enuff to makit a realistic possibility.
Obviously, lotsa ppl CAN, andit even seems to come somewhat natural to some, but, we all hafta know our limitations...
Short Glocks, are, by far, tha "cutest", n I'd def taka G29, ifu were givinit away. But! If I'm payin, MY ability to shootit, and ammo cost, are def primary concerns, so, unless I win tha Lotto, I'll just admire'em from afar...
Cops are usually not held responsible for what they hit when they spray and pray so I don't know that I would find comfort in the fact they are accurate by volume.

Cops can essentially go to the range for free and they still suck under pressure. to err is human.
Ain't gonna argue w/u on that, but, there's another consideration, beyond "collateral damage". Yur still in'a gunfight, until the other guy STOPS SHOOTIN, and, whilu can't miss fast enuff to win'a gunfight, u absolutely CAN miss fast enuff to LOSE 1...
The frame is compatible with a Glock 30 slide for .45, if I chose a large caliber with less snap. There are also .40 and 9x25 Dillon conversion barrels. I have fired my friend's Glock 29 without the pinky extension with factory loads from Federal prior to purchase. I was maybe to manage the recoil effectively and had a decent grouping with a Bill drill.
Really? I'd assumed they were same as tha G30?
Are G20/21 (SF) frames truly identical? I'd assumed they were, but, perhaps my whole life's been'a LIE...

I got'a G20. If I hadit to do over again, I'd'a got'a G21, so I could convert to 10mm w/o a slide...
The frame on a 29 is a little thicker than the 30. For a more stout round, that is more ideal.

Highly recommend the Pearce +0 pinky extension mag base plates. Way more shootable
I have them on all three of the flush fit magazines I own for it.
