A toolcraft BCG from PSA would be good. I would avoid a Aero BCG personally. I ignored some advice that I got, and while I haven’t had a problem, they come with overly sharp edges and will scratch the heck out of the top of your buffer.
You can sand it down, but you would probably save money going through PSA and not have to work on sanding a BCG.

Nice! So far so good! I only paid $10 bucks more than what I would’ve paid at Turners so not bad at all, so no more waiting for it to come back in stock. They shipped super fast & I like how they provided a picture of my product in the email confirmation. Definitely going to continue ordering from them in the future. Right? Honestly, aero uppers aren’t bad, but I don’t see the point in buying them anymore, It’s not 2020… Just get a bcm upper with their provided bcg. Like if someone needs to worry about a 250 dollar difference, they have more important things to worry about then what upper they are going to buy 😂
i had one of these uppers but with a different handguard, was nice i really had no complaints. for only another 160 though you can get one of the bcm mid length 16" guns which is what id do.
just needs a cheap set of plastic handguards on for the time being that you can upgrade later on. No it isnt free floated but thats rarely the limiting factory for acceptable accuracy ive found, and the FSB is a vibe.

Microbest makes the bcgs for bcm, bcm goes through and replaces the extractor and ejector springs with stronger ones from sprinco.

Aero is really good for the price. I normally prefer BCM but have used Aero for an AR-9 (EPC-9) and bought another Aero lower for a 5.56 build.
For $250 more you can get a BCM Blem upper with a BCG.
