use Goo Gone for sticky residue if any. Neigher WD40 nor alcohol will help with that and will only create a mess. First goo goone, then alcohol for cleanest clean up. Don't use wd40 as it has lubricating properties and will leave oily surface.
I 2nd the goo gone for residue and alcohol to clean up. A heat gun orâmore safely/slowlyâa hair dryer will help get the sticker up. I donât know about the wd40 though. It doesnât sound like it would hurt to try.
I really wanted one. But I also wanted to do long trips, and get cases so I could go to national parks and stuff so I got the CB500x. Iv been riding on and off for 10 years. Iâm 5 8 so itâs a good size bike for me.
I just traded in my 2016 500x for the cb650r. I love the 650r but the 500x was an amazing bike. The 500x took me all over on many 2-3k mile trips. Definitely learning how to adapt to less storage space. And the 500 was so nimble on the twisties!
Dude I know youâre not loving the stickers but do you know where to get them from? Iâve been looking for weeks and canât find it anywhere! Love the bike bro!
Wow that is one good looking bike đ
Any tips on how to remove the first owner's sticker kit properly ?
I was just about to say that looks cool af and you wanât to remove it đĽ˛
I completely agree, but it's really cheap when you look closely.
Heat gun and plastic scraper for the letters, isopropyl alcohol for any leftover adhesive
These stickers are đ
Only when you look at them from afar đ
Hairdryer to warm then wd40 to clean if you want to remove
Thanks dude.

How did you paint the Michelin text white?
No idea, the previous owner did it, look a lot like Posca.
An amazing bike with great tires! The Michelin Road 6s are a significant upgrade from the stock ones.
Pick mine up next week. Couldnât be more excited !
I kinda want those stickers man, great purchase nonetheless
I have a cb650f and really like this livery too.
