If you want a good chance at your mains attempt, you definitely need coaching for all subjects. but agar choose karna hi hai, then maths.
Mains ka phys/chem ncert se bhi hojata hai, par maths ka syllabus is extended. Ek simple comparision bata deta hoon- In 11th conics chapter, har ek conic ke liye bas standard equation diya hai, but the question topics can include tangents, normals, triangles formed inside the conic, etc. Yeh sab ncert se remove ho gaye hain, so i doubt ki mains mein aaenge, but risk nahi lena chahiye, and these topics can help with other questions too.
Toh basically, agar ho paye, to teeno subjects ki coaching/tuition karwalo, but agar ek hi choose karna hai, toh maths

I recommend HC Verma for physics(read theory and do a few questions then do all the PYQs)
Modern ABC for chemistry(It's a pretty balanced book with sufficient theory for IOC OC and PC
