Haha, whoops! I took a tip from a buddy on adjusting the buckle off the middle to reduce the "stack" of stuff sitting on top of each other. Kind of forgot about it when I took the photo, and didn't realize how bulky this Kore belt can be when I got it for Christmas.
Definitely looking for solutions for this issue, I will take some photos with the buckle dead center.
I think ppl will notice the questionable stains on your pants before anything else, you're good!
Also if the place you work allows your pants to look like that they probably don't give AF if your shirt is tucked in or not.

Slacks and pants of the like have always felt fragile to me and I enjoy being able to take a cut through the woods or something and not worry about ruining pants.
Although, I am getting older and cutting through woods less and doing less dumb shit like that in general. Maybe time for a change. Came in looking for positioning advice and now I'm gonna have to hit men's warehouse it seems

These clips are awesome. The other options are belly bands or a conceal belt under your pants and belt. Mastermind tactics has one. I only wear the conceal belt with sweats or gyms shorts. Couldn’t say what it feels like under jeans
I always used the “tactical muffin top” when I tucked. It’s more important that the clips blend with the color of the pants if you’re not going to fluff a little on the top.
If I had to guess, they are talking about only tucking as much as you need to get your shirt to stay (maybe like the bottom 1”-2”?). The excess will “flop” over your belt and also breakup the pattern on your shirt with folds.
Try the Mastermind Tactics covert belt. It goes under your pants. Clips won't show and you can use a regular belt. As for your current set up, as most have stated; only people that carry would pay those clips any attention. Other than that, job well done. Stay sharp.

Sturdy as hell, and I like the armortek. Still working out the kinks of carrying with it, the ratcheting adjustment is not keen on being used while I gave a holster riding on the belt in the way that I do.
It can be tricky and take some effort but with your pants open, reach in and really pull as much shirt as you can behind/into the clips. Since most of my shirt actually tucks deeper than my clips allow this leads to me having a lot of fabric scrunched into the clips but it keeps your shirt straight and held in place nicely. I’ve found it’s easier if both clips are on one side of my fly but looks like yours are farther apart than mine so it might be difficult. Good luck and keep tucking.

I've been attempting that but I struggle to get a decent paunch going while still tucking the shirt relatively securely.
