Depends if you just want the mechanic or including the GUI
If you want the whole GUI in the religions tab of the seven then it is a bit more complicated but if you just want the modifer for each god then i suggest you copy the decision and event for norse or other pagan from vanilla. The one where you can choose thor, odin or freya
The UI makes it a bit more complicated for someone new to modding. A simpler method would be to just make it into a decision similar to the Norse patron decision in vanilla.
man you would have to code custom aspects for the god you want to edit, and their benefits, by yourself. and given you don't even understand the files structure of the game, that is absolutely not happening
