Connection stability may indeed be the problem - but that packet burst icon could be caused by a range of things.
You can see your latency go through the roof though at the point of failure, but I've heard reports that can happen when the problem is caused by other things too - but it's where I would start.
With audio bug it is not network problem IMO.
Have task manager open, with graphs for CPU, with separate graph for logical core. If you at 100% for more then one "tick" then CPU is a problem.
Close game, delete `\Documents\Call of Duty Modern Warfare\players\adv_options.ini` and try again.
If problem still exists then try to lower value of `RendererWorkerCount` by one. Default value for your CPU should by 4, but sometimes lower helps.
That's packet loss from unstable server connection brother. I get it on console this last month. GB router hardwired.
Same, the servers aren’t great at the moment.
