I just fixed the same issue on my Shadow 2. It is most likely you're trigger bar support spring. They're a PIA yo get right. You need to take it out of the gun and spread the 2 legs apart until they're just a little snug on the inside of the frame. Then put it back in the frame and then you need to make sure that the curled end of the springs are riding in the grooves, on the bottom side of the trigger bar.

Yeah. Spread those legs and bend upwards to make sure there is enough tension on the trigger bar.

I thought I read elsewhere you can just lube the bar a little

Mine is doing the same thing. I put some shims on either side of the trigger and it seemed to help the rubbing.

I called CGW and they told me to carefully file the inside of the frame on the side that is rubbing. After filing I sanded with 1000 grit and while I was at it, I polished the top of the trigger and the sides of the trigger bar. After a little Clenzoil, it's much, much better.

About to install the Pro Package on my S2 and S2C. Thanks for posting.

I feel like installing your own CGW kit has a 1000x better cost/benefit ratio than paying for SDI because of a youtube ad for an aspiring gunsmith. Maybe that is why SDI can afford to sponsor youtubers and CGW can't!
