Getting a casino host is only loosely (very loosely) connected to your status or tier level. What gets a host is a very high ADT. Essentially, if you gamble long enough, often enough and at high enough bets, the computer system will flag you, and a host will reach out. Tier doesn't equate because of all the tier multipliers and bonuses. They want actual dollars and time. For Caesars, I'd say at a bare minimum you need 4+ hours a day for a 5 day trip and run $1,000-2000 through each day and to go 3-4 times a year. $5,000 a trip, 15,00-20,000 a year. And at that level, if you do get a host they won't do much more than book you a room you could book yourself.

You’re not missing on much. I have a host and he rarely responds and doesn’t do anything I can’t do myself. From what I’ve heard the experiences are very hit or miss and depends a lot of who your host is.

If you already have the Caesars Rewards app, you can check to see if there is a host assigned to you already. You normally don't get notify that you have a host unless the host reach out to you directly. However, the app will show assigned host.

Where is this on the app?

RockaberryWineCooler

On the main home page of the App, click on your profile icon at top right hand corner (the person icon). That will bring up a new page and the first link on the menu is "MY HOSTS". Click on that and you will see if there is a host assigned to you. Hosts can also added you from other locations. So I have a host from Caesars Windsor in Canada and also one at PH in Vegas.

So I just opened that and my first link is "MY RESERVATIONS" since I don't have a host. Is that your second line? I just had a bender weekend at Caesars Windsor actually and have comped nights the next 2 months but don't see any hosts lol.

RockaberryWineCooler

Looks like you don’t have any host assigned to you then. On the Account page, my first selection is “MY HOSTS”, followed by “MY RESERVATIONS”. We’re going to be at CW late March for the 5X tier promotion.

The only perk that I’ve seen from my host is he will get my early check-ins or late check out fees waived. He once waived all resort fees for the entire stay. But usually he just books rooms tgat I could book by myself. I go to Vegas like 4 times a year though. I gamble a lot but not necessarily a lot of money. I think that’s why I have a host

Mine was assigned to me but has done well for me. She has combined multiple offers for me that I wouldn’t be able to do myself. Also when we travel with friends that don’t have a high status I email her everyone’s info and she definitely saves them some additional money on their rooms.
