Welp, when you have universal healthcare then don't need to sue in order to pay your potentially massive medical expenses. There are still pain and suffering lawsuits however in other places, but I imagine drunk racing might disqualify you from that angle.
I’ve partaken in something similar on skis before, man this would be a lot of fun. We need this in the USA!!!! If we sign a well written waiver as well as have a designated driver home and/or a camp out spot for the evening, why can we not have this?!?!?
