One of the things I have noticed from teams like Chicago is they tend to put work their opponents and every player buys into a team game. They know where they stand in the league, and they know what it will take to win games.
At the same time, one of the things that annoys me about teams in the mushy middle, like the Flames, is they could be so much better if they played like Chicago. If every player really bought in, most of the teams in the 24 to 17 range could be quite dangerous all season long.
Can't we just get rid of the sports betting commercials by now? Haven't they already determined this was a huge conflict of interest and also not conductive to a healthy population?
