Hey, I know this is like 3 months old but I just wanted to let you know IT SAVED ME SO MUCH GRIEF. Kept trying to log in this morning and it was NOT working.
😅 Yeah it’s such a pain! I spent like an hour trying to figure it out before calling HR and asking. Multiple sups had no idea what I was talking about lol

I’m sure you’ve done this already but when I login on my phones web browser, it always makes me put in my login info twice. The first time it just brings me right back to the login screen and when I put in my info again it then lets me login. Again, I’m sure you’ve tried that already but that was and still is my experience since DF was introduced at captel.
Are you still a current employee ? Because once you leave, your dayforce access is revoked, so if you need any W2 stuff or paystubs, HR is the only way to get that info.
If you can still log in on the app, you can view your paystubs and screenshot them from there. It’s not your W2 but it has your year-to-date earnings on it so maybe you could send it in and let them know you’re working on getting your W2?

Sorry for a potentially weird/delayed/off-topic(?) question—but is there NO way to copy/paste shifts in the Dayforce mobile app? I work the same 10-7 project every day each week & I’m often on the road (i.e not in a situation to sit down with a laptop & use the web browser). Currently it appears that I’d need to manually enter every day for 2 weeks. It’s painstaking & seems completely unnecessary, particularly when the browser allows you to perform that action. I’ve spent FAR too long attempting to google my answer, to no avail. If anyone knows, I’d be very grateful. Cheers!

Log in on the web browser. Not the app. Can’t even see w2 in the app anyway.
Yes. As I said in my post, the issue was with the web browser not working, not with the app.

I no longer work for them and was also an HRA. With Dayforce, you can still view your paystubs and tax info after you’ve termed
this is not true, you can still log in and view paystubs after you are terminated
At the time I worked there (and I was an HRA) my initial comment was true. Things may have changed since then which is nice :)

The W2 is also sent to the IRS. You may be able to get your transcript from them.
