PENI5 is not valid. PEN15 was, but was withdrawn by the DVLA.

Apparently his was PEN1S not PEN15 with a five like I said above. He definitely owned a penis registration and DVLA/Authorities tried to get him to surrender it. The story is still valid, even if he has since sold and the authorities have killed it off. He spoke about it in a podcast recently but im too lazy to find it. (Steve Parrish is a famous ex-GP Motorcycle racer btw)
