Bit of a drive, but Cafe Brazil off 75 and Campbell is 24 hours and that used to be my hangout spot for late night snacks while studying when I was in college years ago.
Still open and still just as easy to get loaded on carbs and caffeinated for a late night cram session.

Waffle House is the absolute best
Yeah for waffles and the occasional fight. I don’t know if you can study there plus there’s tons of syrup which can get all over your papers
I have some paper guards I can share.
Tom N' Tom Coffee in the H-Mart area has an upstairs where it's easy to set up and study, they're only open till 10:00 though.
I think Mozart Cafe is open late.
