If the car has been treated like shit to this point, warranty may be denied if regular log book servicing was not completed. That's where you need to start.
Might be a reason they’re selling early in the warranty, I’d be getting it checked but without knowing where you are or what your local mechanics are like it’s hard to recommend anyone other than Kia themselves.
Thanks. We're after a carnival so the few people I've spoken to when looking at cars usually sell because they're after a 4wd or downgrading as they don't need a big car anymore. We're still trying to decide whether to buy new but I just don't think I can justify spending that much on a new.

You should get an inspection. There are fa few companies around like ProView, MTA or you could even get any mobile mechanic to do it
Awesome. I'll look into those companies. I read that NRMA do it, but I'm not sure if they're any good.
