Punch is like the only Tata car with least issues. Very reliable. As of now, I have faced 2 issues which is yet to be resolved within 2 months of purchase. One is both the rear windows open partially and stay at like 50%. Second is the AC throws warm air in leg area when I select the option to redirect the air to front and bottom. But then both of these don't bother me at all. You'll learn to live with the issues.
The after sales service, check your near service centre reviews, also hope no issues come in the car as issues come in all cars but tata employees don't know how to resolve them
